    Awesome! Congratulations! It was a Forbes magazine article that I read online that alerted me that the medication I was on was shrinking my brain and patients were dying 25 years prematurely. I couldn't do the mental math at the time, but I did it on paper and I had about 2 years to get off that medication and save my own life. That was over a decade ago so Thank You Forbes magazine! I'm so proud of you and happy that your wonderful work is being so widely recognized. You are truly a blessing!

    I have been following you and have added flaxseed to my green smoothies, and enjoying pretty good health. However, I recently had a toxic chemical exposure event when the negative pressure ventilation system reversed and started blowing into my apartment and set off the smoke alarm just before I was overcome by dizziness and nausea and violent vomiting. I believe that the pesticide treatment in a nearby apartment may be the chemical exposure. I'm getting my annual lab tests, including C-reactive protein, and of course I'm reporting to authorities, and talking to an attorney, etc now that the brain fog has cleared. I know that healing is an inside job and I am instituting your hyper-nourishment smoothie protocol because I now have multiple autoimmune inflammation symptoms since the exposure. Thanks for all the tips in your videos! I feel like I got this and I can get through it and get my health back and even better. My doctor is for ordering labs and documenting. I know how to read my own lab results and heal myself, and it's because of the generosity of doctors like you. I also include Dr Joel Fuhrman and Dr Michael Gregor and others in my gratitude.

    It's great that more and more doctors are learning about this! I also appreciate that you encourage people to continue their medical treatment as needed while seeing what the nutrition can do for them. 💖🙌

    I heard for procedures with radioactive dyes... are really hard on the kidneys, so those with kidney failure should know their risk. But yeah, my son had a bad bike accident and got a full brain scan for him (9 yrs old). I just tried to support his healing as best I could with hypernutrition!

    • @cherylcastillo7020
      @cherylcastillo7020 3 месяца назад

      Yes, they tell you to drink tons of water after use of dyes. My doctor and technicians repeated this before and after my scan. I obey!😊

    I was diagnosed 3 1/2 years ago with Lupus Nephritis. At the same 30 day stay at Wellstar Hospital also found out of my CKD stage 3b, heart failure, and venous insufficiency. All at the age of 45.Bipolar as well. I am so confused. Want to get try this better. I have 1 daughter, single mother and no other family except one very generous sister. So I am kind of alone confused and scared. I need to figure this out and live a bit longer 😢

      You’ve got this! It put my rheumatoid arthritis into remission after four weeks. Because of your chronic kidney disease and heart failure, you may need to have the water intake associated with program adjusted. Traditionally, the program is 96 ounces of water, including the liquids that are in your smoothie. A huge smoothie throughout the day that includes 1 pound of cruciferous vegetables, 1/2 cup of flaxseed and frozen fruit to taste. The remainder of the diet during the healing phase is raw vegetables. The only fats included in the diet are flax seeds, Chia seeds, and flax oil. After the healing phase is over, whenever that is for you… You can add in a cooked meal for dinner, which is still vegan like beans, rice, steamed vegetables, avocado.
      I would definitely check with your physician, perhaps get a consult with Dr. Goldner. All the best to you and your recovery journey.

      The meat will slow your healing and may keep you at a plateau. It's from the fat in the animal flesh and cooking oils. You have a great start 🎉keep refining your diet😊

    Hi! I have lupus (diagnosed 2021)with recurring ascites and plural effusions that cause me to have to remove large amounts of fluid (7-13L)every 2-3 weeks. Should I still try to drink the recommended 96oz of water a day on the Goodbye Lupus Protocol? Any thoughts about the recurring fluid retention? Tests show no problems with my liver, heart, or kidneys. Thanks for all you do :D
