With the information that I see on different media platforms, it has influenced me to become an argus-eyed individual in viewing reality. Media’s influence in my life has never been too shallow nor too corrosive yet its impact in how I perceive reality hits me too differently but in a challenging and complex aspect. Media can be vividly observed as authoritative and influential it is in paving one’s future. One clear example of this in my part is that media greatly affects my well-being that shaken my view of reality, from how it gives me relevant news that considerably boost my self-esteem and many tempting irrelevant news that agitates my control over my rationality. From unnecessary online posts that undermine my personal confidence, which causes me to criticize my own personal decisions in life, and it has been my personal flaw that has bound me from doing my best. Unnecessary online trends that puts many lives in danger, of which confuses me greatly and questions whether my reality has been already manipulated by people behind their monitor or was I literate enough to defend myself? Nevertheless of what is yet to be decided, it is apparent that the media is not only influential, but also frightening enough to exert unprecedented influence over our reality as a result of our very own conduct. If this pace of ignorance continues to sky-rocket, surely our future will be more than challenging for us to handle or should I say nearly impossible to handle.

The Media influenced my view of reality in providing a basis for understanding and analyze all of the media messages that I've been encounter daily, equipping me to make the right choices about what I read, watch, and listen to. Media has greatly influenced my view of reality, to the point that it made me think that everything posted online is also the same with what is actually happening outside media. And for a lot of times, I have proven myself wrong. For once, I used to admire celebrity couples showing their love through posting sweet photos on social media. It made me think how happy they really are. But when time passes by, there comes the revelations of the different kinds of abuses mostly experienced by the woman, even before that sweet photos online. It somehow made me think that not everything we see is what it seems in reality. And abuses, in whatever form, should always and forever be not tolerated.

My view of reality has been influenced by media due to the different contents which were formed through levels of perception from every individual. As a result, I always do my best to fact-check every data and information that I received on a daily basis. This made me changed the way how I see reality as people perceive things differently. Afterwards, I understand that everyone has their own reality and I have my own reality too. Nevertheless, it did not stop me to become more vigilant about protecting myself and my loved ones against misinformation especially these days - where anything from anyone can be posted using media.

Media influences my view in reality by changing my view of life. Technology is widely spread to the entire world and so it's stylistic but then the media makes me see the deep knowledge of every perspective and understand every aspect of life. It is my way to comprehend my insight between my surroundings and the media in order to be aware of true or false information. The act of spreading ideas has always been widely tolerated throughout media and engaging on it without reviewing its data that maybe it’s from fake sources so it’s always been a hindrance for me to apply and learn because both will always be different but I have to choose wisely what should I resonate for myself in order to become a better person.

As media has been bounded throughout my life, it is seemingly an important factor that it gives a shed of light towards the understanding of the uncertainties of reality and as far as I am concerned, reality is very too far to be understand with. Media also influences my view of reality as I am able to see the deep meaning through it and I was able to see the essence of being up-to-date today and it helps me to realize that what we see in the media isn't the reality itself but just a mere representation/ or a piece of picture subjectively based on how one percept on it for media is being governed with such fact truths but also distorted and altered truths. when I saw others accomplishing more than I. It's disappointing to know that I compared their online world with my offline world and I felt like I didn't measure up. I anguished also over the number of likes my posts received, and I let my online engagement defined my self-worth. At that moment, I realized that why should I let social media defined my self-worth? When in fact, my self-worth is beyond measure and even social media cannot measure it.

The media influenced my perception of reality in such a way that I realized how pitiful we are as humans and how much we really need to be media literate.
We live in a technological age where we can learn anything and everywhere as long as we have the means. The issue is that, despite our easy access to information, we have failed to be informed internet citizens. We never learn to distinguish between truth and bluff. Despite being taught repeatedly, we never learn how to verify information. A common example is that we criticize people, especially celebrities, on social media despite knowing nothing about them personally and having only read some news about them on social media, which is often biased and only spreads one side of the story. Despite knowing how much it may hurt and affect him/her, we still continue to make harsh and hurtful comments to him/her and spread the information to others. With this, it taught me that we believe things because we want to, not because they are true. That is why we, the young ones and future educators, must be media literate in order to control the spread of fake news and minimize its propagation.

Media literacy is an expanded conceptualization of literacy that includes the ability to access and analyze media messages as well as create, reflect and take action, using the power of information and communication to make a difference in the world. If we have these media literacy skills, we are able to free our minds. We are able to make our own judgments and choices. And we are able to express our own views creatively and effectively.
To me, having a media literate society is the essence of having a democratic society and a market-based economy. It is the essence of having the ability to both enhance and protect our precious freedoms. It presumes that we, the people, are smart and capable and responsible. It reinforces that expectation that, if we are responsible, others should exercise responsibility, as well. It assumes that learning is a lifelong process that doesn't just take place through textbooks or in certain demographic areas.

Answer: Personally, media challenges my reaction and perception of everything that it shows me. Media without a doubt provide us with indirect representations of reality and in this sense, I came to a point where I always compare what I see in media and what I really observe in the physical world that surrounds me. I confronted everything that I observe, I did not let it flow. Honestly, it has also tested how I care for my mental health. However, because of this real-life experience as my example, I learned how to react accordingly to certain news, and information, evaluate if everything that I see and read is legitimate, and able to analyze it. One thing of easily getting access to informations nowadays is through media and I admit the fact that when I miss a lot of happenings, and feeling a little bit behind of what's currently going on in our world, it is to the media I run to. However, because of countless cases of misinformations, I always make sure that the informations I get are from reliable sources. Through the help of media which is able to shape one's perpectives, although we have different views in life or the things we believe in, through others opinions and perspectives, I get to also shape my own perspectives. I don't ridicule what others say or think because it is their own perspective and what's mine is my own, so whatever the situation is, I just show and give them my respect. To be honest I was quite biased in the past about famous figures in our society, I will not mention them anymore, but more on about talks about whose truly right and whose wrong, but through media, and learning about different perspectives and gaining more trustworthy informations, I get to changed myself to not easily take sides, or make conclusions, because each one of us have different perspectives in life that deserves to be respected, but also we should be wary of people who tries to manipulate our judgements.

Answer: Media influence my view of reality in a negative way, for example putting my self in a lowest degree of self confidence. Through media, we can see how people use to go with the trends and consider that as today's standards of being a youth. I'm not that active in latest trends because I have my own limits in stepping out from my comfort zone and that I felt like I was low and out of place when I am in crowded places. But, in reality I shouldn't be harsh to my self because the trends that I can see through media can never be the reason for me to regard myself as an outcast or late bloomer. - As years passed, media has been enhanced together with technology and It has been used to spread information and awareness. These past months, media has affected my perception of reality by influencing me to be insightful and be aware of certain information and events happening in our country and the world. Weeks ago, everyone has been looking forward to the election. Most Filipinos are very vocal about their presidential bets and I was still wondering who to vote for. With the help of media, I was able to decide who to vote among the candidates. Media helped me to see things clear and understand the differences among the presidential aspirants. It gave me reliable information that were useful for me to properly choose my bet.

The Media influenced my view of reality through, not doubted social media can negatively affect a person's self-perception and mental health. This is caused by comparing ourselves to unrealistic images on social media of what we believe we should look like. This is caused by comparing myself to unrealistic images on social media of what I believe should I look like. This can then lead to dissatisfaction with my appearance and self-perception. Comparing myself to others on social media may have become an unintentional habit I have picked up. However, it could be negatively affecting my mental health.
So, I learn my lesson to what I see on social media isn’t reality. Images can be edited and staged, so don’t compare yourself to something that isn’t real. You never know what’s going on in their life. The person who you think is happy with their body image and appearance may not be in reality. It will only stall your progress. Don’t waste your energy, focusing on other people’s lives.

He spends his time on media and has a lot of friends, but in reality he is very shy and afraid to talk to someone because he is always looking at his computer without interaction to someone even if his brother or sister. He has high confidence in the media but the opposite in reality. That's why we need to practice ourselves neutral living in reality and in the media to know the boundary and to awaken to the truth.

Technology is commonly used throughout the world, so it's creative, but the media also causes me to gain a thorough understanding of all perspectives and aspects of life. It is a way for me to obtain insight into my surroundings and the media in order to recognize accurate and misleading information. The act of spreading ideas has always been widely tolerated throughout the media, and engaging in it without first reviewing its information, maybe from biased sources, has always been a barrier for me to apply and learn, because both will always be different, but I must choose wisely what I should engage it for myself in order to become successful.

Media has been a part of my day to day life and is one of the factors that affects the way I think and behave. One of the social media applications that I have been used is Facebook. Most of the time Facebook is the only app that I access when I am bored and if I have nothing else to do. Facebook has a countless and endless information being posted and shared. The negative influences that it brought are; we knew that here are information that is fabricated and sugar coated to persuade the audience. And sometimes because of its flowery and fabricated words I get trick and believe the information I read and blocks me from the reality of what really the truth is. Because of so much information that freely available for us, sometimes I forget to evaluate and read thoroughly the information about a certain person or issues and end up giving bias judgement. This is common to happen that causes serious arguments. Another thing is that, it makes me away far from my the real world. Sometimes I forgot to look around and appreciate the world around me because of so much attention pour out to social media. So I realised that I just wasted my time spent on social media when I can have quality time with my family or friends without gadgets. We should be a medical literate and at the same time always bare in minds that we should not let media consumes us.
