I can only imagine the dev who made this game just having the time of their life. Imagine, you create a game for a competition, it ends up second, and all of sudden it goes viral.

Fun facts:
The phone confuses him.
The safety scissors cut Play Time's rope.
You can lose Baldi around two corners and he will wander around until he finds you again. (If he doesn't see you go around the two corners)
He calms down after a while and becomes slower.
His eventual slowdown is a really great thing, but I kind of think it's just a cheap way to make gameplay take longer because it's kind of a requirement to lower the difficulty XD

@@Bro-cx2jc Actually, no. His slowdown only applies to penalties for getting possible questions wrong.
Originally, this wasn’t in the game. It was added because players tried to finish the game getting every question wrong, but doing so gave so many penalties that there was literally no pause between ruler slaps, making the game impossible.
A fun piece of trivia.

Thats partly true yes :) Our eyes are so used to shiny graphics nowadays . But games like these, rely on graphics we can't immediately figure out, which plays on the saying "we fear what we do not understand".
The other reason I find this is a good horror game is the simple but effective sensation of being chased :D
I think it plays a lot more of children being scared of school, no matter how school was for you, everyone had thrir bad experiences there. And just the thought of a teacher slapping you is both terrifying and outrageous (in this, day and age), sad to say it was once very normal.
