Samsung TV dark shadow, Burned LEDs backlight

UN40F6350 dark spot and bottom half of the screen is dark. Another Samsung TV almost cut on fire.

Looks like it did, but I'm not sure. Customer stated about picture problem and did not say anything about fire.
