Some are repaired whereas some can't be repaired. Problem solving
methods are different so success level is also different.
100% for component change,90% for COF jumper & for cutting signal
lines it's almost 50%.
Many unrepairable problems can be solved through
bonding machine.

I just stumbled upon this channel and am loving it as I am learning about LCD repair myself. I have a single vertical yellow line in my tv and I am suspecting the middle left COF, but not brave enough to explore. Thanks for sharing your knowledge

What about a tv that shows half a screen as white when the tcon cable is removed. Ive replaced tconn board and it still does the same. When the t conn cables are connected up i just get a blank screen. Backlights are coming on. Is this a fault on the lcd boards?
What if the back layer of a panel was crack? is there any way to fix it like what ive seen on the video?

Master, you need polarizer film . Definitely it's good alternate to buy new tv. Order from nearest tv parts dealer or tv repairer .

Hello I have an LCD TV that has a shadow of a form of a 7 in the upper left corner that is visible during dark scenes and there is some image retention in the area where the shadow is. I disassembled the LCD panel and tried to clean it but it still looks the same. I also checked the backlight but it's fine. Probably the LCD panel is going bad right?
If there is direct backlight in your tv, may be white reflector is folded or imbalanced. If not, there is problem in panel.🙂
Sir, lg 22" lg LCD reddish color problem . OSD menu is OK and I checked panel is OK.

My 32" curved samsung monitor have horizontal lines for 10 to 15 seconds when i turn on my desktop computer. After 10-15 seconds all ok. Is it a power problem?
Maybe bad capacitor in power section or your display have moisture anywhere. There is high chance of display problem.
I will try to factory reset...

what is the problem when you power on the tv it has display as usual. After 10-15min it turn black screen (Have sound). After turn it off using remote and turn on it back, it's back to normal then after 10-15 min it happened again and again. I would glad if you can help me with this :)

Best way I've found to solder qfn package is tin all surrounding pads and put a small amount of solder and flux in middle of you but to much its okay. Then use hot air to place chip once in place apply pressure on tip to press firmly on board. There will be solder that comes out around some of the pads this is easily cleaned up with flux and iron.
Be sure that there is solder in middle as it not only acts as a ground for the chip but also as a heatsink. Lots of videos can be found for reference. Great luck!

If panel have gate COF (side COF) you need COF test point there you can use jumper from source PCB to gate COF

@Vcore LC Its not true, by pressing SIDE COF this problem was completely overcome. Please provide the correct information.
This channel is garbage. Claiming it is not repairable without even knowing the cause. Lines are caused by many things, including bad COF connection, which is, as you have witnessed, repairable.
