The most underrated part of Amelia’s show is the transition from interview to awkward staff members or chicken frying. It just adds more awkwardness to what is an already awkward show.

@@yaelw5986 really clever editing technique that goes unnoticed a lot of the time. really helps with the flow and the transition as you know once it happens you're going to get a new question on the date.

Amazing to see Amelia is getting the attention what she has worked for so long. Maybe now she is able to move foward from Aitch.
For me personally the best thing about Chicken shop date is that it highlights also the UK rap scene. Something that it is hard to dive into as a foreigner.

It helped him out to right before he's peeking time or at the cusp. Also he's been paying attention. He said it himself on a follow up. He said he felt the one she did with Rosalia had almost same chemistry.

I think it's important to take into account that some of her earlier big interviews were football (UK) related. The Bernardo Silva/Jesse Lingard one on Copa90's channel is a good example and she still does things with Pro Direct. Very different to just doing a music show with Drake etc. i think football was also one of the main reasons of her breakthrough, where casual interviews are less likely, where we see less of that fun side of players, therefore making the show a success. While she's trangressed to musicians today, it's important to stress that sports side of her

You guys really don't understand how popular ed sheeran is. Ed is the most followed artist on spotify(not monthly listeners but followers which is more accurate representation of an artists fanbase) and is one best selling artists of all time. He is way bigger than Jack harlow and drake.

Grime was an underground music scene in London originating from influences of hip hop, UK garage and even Afro-Caribbean music. Over time the scene grew into what it is today, being the main genre of the UK now, the same way hip hop is the American genre. Grime is all about rapping over a beat but is more about bouncing over the beat than following the flow like hip hop

New show? I’m from Latin America and it’s been my favourite show for at least the last maybe 8 years now. From her interview with Ed Sheehan and Arrdee and even Aitch she’s got some good sense of humour you don’t see with American interviewers

Loved this episode, especially the Dizzee impressions 😅! I would say another answer to the video title (WHY Drake wants to be on CSD) is because he has a ton of love for the UK grime & drill scene. All the artists that appear on CSD are people he keeps up with and it's really become a cult status to be on CSD in the UK. That's why he's done Link Up TV's ' Daily Duppy ' & a Charlie Sloth ' Fire in the booth ' session too.

An interesting & well done episode as always I'm surprised you covered Amelia But she Really deserves it ,Hearing you guys talk about grime made me laugh🤣😂 and the end where you adopted her style for a bit and the chicken shop date music was a nice touch 👏👏👏👌
Skepta is my fave grime artist definitely worth listening to, Wiley is old school grime you could kinda argue he's like the godfather of grime and i think the top ones to listen to would be stormzy, skepta, avelino, giggs, ghetts, lethal bizzle and lady leshurr who's one of the few females to have really dominated the genre. Loved samir's moves, very much giving dad dance moves 😂 Also another show worth checking out is the chicken connoisseur i'd love you guys to review his show because his show is sort of along the same line as amelia's but he reviews chicken shops all around london.
The Jack Harlow interview is easily the best one. The romantic tension between the two is palpable, she was so close from breaking character multiple times too lol. Jack Harlow is a real heart breaker lol
