@@entertainment-pp7xb All of them tbh, I feel like with any hardship in life, you have to allow yourself to feel the emotions. The more you try to ignore it or supress it, you're feeding into the narrative that it doesn't bother you when it does, so essentially it's making the situation worse. You just have to tell yourself that it's actually okay to be sad (after all, bad experiences are always lessons) and once you experience this, you'll eventually overcome it. I didn't mean to write a lot but hope this helps :)
