Meri diet phle hi kaam h ...oily or fatty b nhi ..alooo ka to mtlb hi nhi...or excercise daily krti hu fir b 5 ghnte soti hu...han jiss din bhut ghri nind aati h uss din jaldi uthti hu bs 1 hr phle...mujhe smjh nhi aata kaise aap ek hi baat pr roj baat kr lete h or politics apko psnd nhi to apko waste of time lag rha h ...desh k liye sochna galat kya
