At the beginning I found the band quite funny and had to smile a few times. now many years later it's all a bit worn out and the lyrics are always the same at Manowar everyone complains when the word steel or metal appears there what feels like 100 times here it doesn't seem to bother anyone that the word pussy appears 100 times and so on Sure they are good musicians, but the music sounds like on the previous albums, as I said, I don't care about this band anymore, I find it all somehow worn out, but if you like it, you should continue to like it.
Album is really good..so many great songs way better than the last two and those where still good as well..I didn't feel like the lyrics where disconnected on any songs
Steel Panther's is new album is light years ahead of their 2017 effort "Lower The Bar", and head and shoulders above their previous CD " Heavy Metal Rules". While it might not match the first 3 albums, it comes pretty darn close! IMHO, I'll give it an 8,5/10. Rock on!🤘🤘😎😎👽👽👻👻
Lower the bar had some absolute bangers," wasted to much time on you and "pussy aren't free" are up there with there best hands down , so did there last album, "heavy metal rule " and "all I want to do " fantastic
@@ozgoldhunter9183 Yes, Lower The Bar had those 2 songs plus Poontang Boomerang, Goin In The Backdoor, and She's Tight, but the rest of the album sounds like 3rd rate filler material. As for Heavy Metal Rules, a better album but very anticlimactic, IMHO.👽👽
After 6 albums I think I'm bored of Steel Panther. I religiously listened to their past albums over and over and will still always want to see them live as their live shows are great, but this album is just more of the same. Their last great album was lower the bar IMO
Steel Panther’s gimmick rode it’s course a long time ago. If I wanted to listen to typical glam metal I’ll just listen to the original bands. This band’s shtick just feels forced. Psychostick does this approach way better imo.
@Mr vinyl - Mr Chili Satchel runs circles around guitarist. Michael is a fantastic singer, and Stixx is groovy as fuck. The new album has some bangers and it has some duds. To be expected from a band that's put albums out every two years since 2009. Don't listen to them anymore. It's that simple.
