@ Yes they are a real band, been around for about 12 years or so. They're meant as a goof on 80's hair metal, - not a parody, since they perform original material -complete with the look, the attitude, all the debauchery that came with it, and absolutely hilariously profane lyrics in their songs. They're a lot of fun live. Just saw them in NYC last week. Don't know how old you are but if you were a certain age in the 80's and experienced that scene, Steel Panther is pretty much on point and nails it in an extremely amusing manner.

Mr. W yeah man there’s one in Ballwin Missouri too. I go there and I’m a drummer and have been playing for 7-8 years. It’s an amazing school with amazing people and they really know what they’re talking about when it comes to teaching music.
That's the thing with Steel Panther. They joke around on stage, act goofy and immature, but they're actually serious musicians and totally know what every other member is doing at all times. And it's awesome that they were a cover band for so long time that they can jump right into any song at any time.

After mastering guitar hero, Aiden unlocks an Easter egg in the game that allows him to go up on stage and play with Steel Panther. That’s why he was so calm. It was just another stage of the game for him lol
I love the way the drummer just jumps straight in when he hears the intro... Doesn't matter if its his guy playing it or a kid from the crowd he just respects the playing and gets rockin' 👍😁
Mad respect for these guys. This kid blowed me away. This kid is around 17 now probably. I was 13 when this happened and he's 2 years younger than me and I'm 19 now, so yeah.
I met Aidan today at a Con. He's very cool and loves to talk about music with people. His Stranger Things guitar is legit. He's the real deal. His dad is the person we all need to thank for raising him right.

This is not talent. This is practicing hardcore for just one song. When vocalist ask for more he just played the same thing. He just pushed by his parents to do they like. He is like a robot. I feel sad for this kid. Please dont encourage him like he is guitar god or smthing
Not really one of the hardest cuz its mostly hammer ons and pulloffs combined with tapping which is easy to do once you know the basics but I guess you can say that its one of the hardest

To those of you who don't know yet, Eddie Van Halen passed away today, October 6th, 2020, of cancer. The world will always be less musical without him. This kid absolutely killed it here, and I can't find better proof that his legacy will always live on. Good on ya Aiden. Keep on rockin young sir. To Eddie, rest in peace.

Slight miscommunication at 5:30 or so. Kid was supposed to do the "repeat the notes the singer sings" thing, but probably either didn't realize. Still amazing.
He definitely got lost. He's young, improvising is an art form. He needed to just stick to the script. He still gets an A from me though--courage and execution, bravo.

It's also a fairly well know Van Halen solo he's playing. Any rock drummer worth their salt would know what to do.
The song was Eruption by Van Halen which then plays into You Really Got Me. So the beats were the same as the solo if you listen to it.
