It’s Day #14 of your ABSOLUTION 2024 Challenge! This no-equipment active recovery gets mobility, flexibility, strength, and cardio all in one! Start with gentle cardio, with options to take it up or down depending on where you are today, then progress to mobility and stretch.
My body LOVED this today! I got a nice light sweat and it feels so good to emphasize the stretch while continuing to move. Thanks so much for putting this out.
