Regarding the Star Wars CCG, you're probably aware by now but FFG has a new card game called Star Wars Unlimited which sounds like it may be similar.
Yes, I have been seeing information about that recently. I know the nostalgia factor wouldn’t be the same for me, but it might be worth looking into as a game on its own merits.
