There's so many guys out there who happens to look alot like Elvis and even sounds like Elvis when they sing. This man, I've never seen before until now and boy let me tell you people, this guy comes pretty close of his looks and his singing voice. I was 11 years old when Elvis Presley died in 1977 so when I see Elvis Impersonators I judge them pretty harshly some times you know what I mean but this guy is absolutely fabulous in the way he LOOKS, ACTS, SOUNDS, I MEAN BEN PORTSMOUTH IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! God bless you Ben for bringing Elvis alive and I'll see your shows when ever I can. KEEP DOING ELVIS!
Thank you Tom..... I was in my late 20s when Elvis died, and I have never ever been a fan of Elvis impersonators. That all changed in 2012, when I mistakenly bought tickets to the Elvis ultimate show on my first trip to Memphis. Ben won that year. I was blown away by him. Then I saw him in full concert on his own when he came to my country. I thought I was watching Elvis. He emulated Elvis to perfection. Now I fly whenever I can to see him perform. He is worth every cent. Ben Portsmouth is second to none to our beloved Elvis Presley. The real deal xx

For people that complain, No One is Elvis but when one of his songs are sung, he lives. So sit back and enjoy the effort of these people that love him so much that they want to get on a stage and sing the songs of the greatest entertainer to ever walk on a stage.
I will assure you that I was NOT complaining. Like everyone here, I gave my opinion. This guy, Ben, has an awesome voice and I applaud him for sounding an awful lot like Elvis. I was stating a fact that as hard as those that try to impersonate him can't capture Elvis's personality and spirit. That's all. Maybe because we're not actually speaking and only typing, you don;t HEAR the tone in my voice as I talk about him. It's all good, not negative, not complaining. Good for these guys but the only thing I will say is, I don't like people that try to make money off somone else's name. Priscilla still doing that and am not fond of her because she is saying Elvis commited suicide and will soon be an HBO special about that. THAT is false and it;s sickening.

I'm not perpetuating anything, just passing information along on what is already out. Had the pleasure of seeing Ben's performance in Nottingham on Saturday. 2,000 people clapping, cheering and enjoying the amazing show put on by Ben, his musicians and backing singers. For such a small ensemble the way they cranked the volume up was amazing. Cant wait to see him back here again. Probably the best show and a true tribute to Elvis. If you get the chance to see Ben Portsmouth take it you will not be disappointed.

I agree, there's a guy called Richard Atkins and up until ive seen this guy Richard was closet to Elvis but now its Ben and Richard 2nd sorry Richard, ive seen Richard live with his band, he only does 70's Elvis. Of course no one can be like our King but it's great to see some of these guy's some brilliant some not so. Amazing Elvis tribute. I have seen him at our local Grand Theatre and other venues, every time different and exciting choice of Elvis songs. He looks and sounds like Elvis. Well worth seeing.

Ben! and about him these are only my personal opinions and just to be very clear, he has teh ability to reach notes of Three & a half Octaves.I love his voice control.His Vibrato,Baritone,Alto,and Tenor.There are not many male singers who can achieve such an high register. Other than Elvis himself. Ben employes these techniques yeah adding excitement. I'm sure Ben likes the sensation it makes in his bones,in his head, in his sinuses.He can hold notes far long enough !
