Pro tip: dont brown your garlic. Loses all its flavor and becomes bitter. Sweat the onions in oil, then add minced garlic during the last 2 minutes to extract all flavor. Garlic doesn't like a lot of heat, so when you add it is important; unless you're making something like a garlic confit that requires a soft, sweet garlic Looks good
