  • 'That which has been denied and held in the shadows for so long
You don't get to just welcome it home as easily as that
It usually needs to be seen, felt, and heard,
As if re-experienced in some kind of way
That allows it to be released
Because that's where the pain is
And if it was just a case of loving it while it comes back home
It would be easy. But it's not.'
In this video Kavi emphasizes the importance of acknowledging and integrating denied and repressed emotions as part of the spiritual journey.
He highlights that these emotions are intelligent and seek resolution.
Simply loving and welcoming these emotions isn't easy; they may need to be re-experienced and released to heal the pain they hold.
This process involves becoming emotionally intelligent and aware of our emotional patterns and defenses. True healing and awakening require facing and integrating these shadows, leading to a deeper intimacy with oneself and life.
This journey is challenging but necessary for genuine freedom and presence.

I have one public meeting currently. www.amodamaa.com/events/2024/12/06/online-meeting-with-kavi We also do an integration kind of meeting as part of our community membership. But specific 'integration' meetings, which is I think what you mean, I currently don't but it's a very good idea. Is that what you are asking? x

@kaviji These days, I find myself listening to your videos on loop and find them meaningful for me at this time. Body is unwinding, and your talks help during the process. If you have a platform where you can go deeper, it is what I feel I'm looking for if one exists. But you have provided is great already. Thank you..

My awakening process started in 2020. Since then a lot of trauma that was previously suppressed came up. My left side of my chest is now often in great pain. Is this already the re-experiencing and I just have to welcome and embrace the pain or is the re-experiencing a second process where I have to go to a past event and re-experience that event. If so: What if I don‘t remember the event, can‘t visualise it and the event is from a time where I still was a baby?

The interesting thing is: Although the pain doesn’t seem to go away I‘m not pushing it away anymore, I react less emotionally from inside that pain and I can now be in great emotional pain for days or even weeks and still be happy. I‘ve grown a lot over the last year. In fact I’ve grown so much that I‘m beginning to wonder if the pain just will go away on it‘s own when I‘ve reached a certain strength level.

@@shekhinah5985 This is your answer. " I‘ve grown a lot over the last year. In fact I’ve grown so much that I‘m beginning to wonder if the pain just will go away on it‘s own when I‘ve reached a certain strength level." You don't have to remember everything that happened, it's impossible. What you are doing and the decrease in reactivity is the journey. It does its thing when you allow it. Don't look for the results, just pay attention and love the journey as best you can. x
