I had a couple of requests regarding my glass eye cabochons and if I could make a tutorial for them, so here it is.
The tutorial only covers the part where you attach the graphics to the glass, and NOT how you draw or create the graphics you would be using to make these.

Ha! Excellent.
I had not thought to attach the cabochon before cutting the image out. Such a better sequence!
Such a "little" thing is a great help.
Thank you so much, I love your bead-work, and you clarified my questioning of glue for cabachons.
I am going to be doing this for fishing lures. great tutorial! I would have never thought it was this easy..
That was neat how you did that. I really enjoyed watching your video.
You first tutorial was excellent! Congratulations! I learn a lot. What I want now is a tutorial on how to make those beautiful eye pupils and other images :) Thanks!
Hi! Thanks for a great tutorial. I love your beadwork, very pretty the necklace. Best wishes from Romania. Melinda

Hi Anna, I really enjoyed your tutorial, you did a fabulous job of explaining the process without faffing about. Your jewellery is stunning! so much attention to detail. Well done on your first video and I hope there will be plenty more! xx
Super cool, I will be doing some of these as I am teaching myself bead embroidery so please do more, thank you so very much
Thank you Anna... this was a wonderful video, and so helpful!

Hi- May you know how to make a LOOP - so I can make it chain? Thank you
love these!
Great video, thanks for sharing.
Very lovely, Anna. But I did not see where you taught us how to make the glass cabochons as your heading reads. I thought we would be making the glass domes.
Hi! Thank you for your tutorial. Very helpful. The paper you are using looks pretty think. Could you tell us what grade you are using? And is it glazed? Thanks
Thanks Anna loved the bracelet
Hi Anna great video! What program did you use to make the eye for the prints?
Great video....Can you tell me how you cut them out? With scissors or an x-acto knife...??
I see this is an old comment but you can always place the cabachon glass with the dimensional magic onto a picture, let it dry and cut around it. Or you can but a 1 inch holes punch.
Very beautiful. Where did you find the clear glass cabochons? Thank you
Stunning :)
That bracelet! if you made it please make a tutorial!
That was very useful, thank you!
Fantastico, mil gracias. Un saludo desde España
Very nicely done for a first video!
I hope you don't mind me saying, but you have the most beautiful skin!!!
Hi Anna...so you put the first layer of diamond glaze and let it dry for 10 mins then glue down with another layer. I was trying to understand over the music but it sounds like what you said...cause mine keep smearing when i glue diamond glaze on directly with no wait...thank you for helping me with this
I wanted to know how you cut it and if you used anything to seal the paper in the back. I don't like that it's exposed because it could get wet and damaged more easily.
Do these eyes make the effect where they seem to follow you and always look at you or no?
Hello,
Your creations sindf really very much very nicely!
Can you say me where I get the pictures, especially for dragon's eyes? Unfortunately, I do not find them here. Would like to produce glass-eyes for dragon.
Dear thanks
Good morning I’m wondering what type of sealant you use ? Thank you so much
How did you print off the pictures to be round instead of square? Also how did you get them all lined up on the paper?
what kind of sealant do you use to stick the glass with the images?? is this durable??
Thank you so much for making this video! I appreciate you sharing your work and ideas!
Good work. I see again & again.
What size cabochon domes for a 20mm cabochon tray
Great work dear. Do you work with clay also please? Thanks. Bye
Hi Anna hope you dont mind me asking what snap button do i use for a 25mm glass dome cachbacon please xx
Is the diamond glaze strong enough to stick the both for a long time? Can you recommend an alternative clear paste that will do the job or I can use any clear glue? Because most clear glues are not very strong...
Is the photo paper glossy?
Is the paper sealant glossy as well?
Thank you for your wonderful video 😊
I got the sealant, what was the glue?
i want to know how to make the images into those small circles
Did you find out? I want to know this too!
yes. photoshop and xgimp
Your the best!
Aww thanks 😘
You may purchase them here: cobragraphics.myshopify.com/
Question.. instead glamour seal, can i use Judikins Diamond Glaze?
Really nice video!
It’s beautiful,I came here to watch how to do it
Nice tutorial but I couldn't hear you over the music. I must try this. Thanks!

what do you mean thats it..? You missed a whole bunch of steps. like YES how did you print them, what programs did you use, how do you cut them, and polish them etc. what was the glue....thanks
+Ella Marie Printing depends on what printer and printing software you're using. If you're meaning how you print the images I have for sell on my etsy, there's instructions on the page but basically - print on A4 glossy or matte photo paper without a border added.
You just cut them out with a scissor ones the glue is dry. And the glue I used in this video was diamond glaze :)
Excelletn...thank you so much for your amazing reply. These eyes and print outs are fantastic. I wish an excellent day.
+Ella Marie Etsy has vendors who sell digital collage sheets with eyes in jpg format.
Thanks you
Nice work... Amazing👍👍👍... Upload more video s
Hi Anna!! Thank you for posting this video! It answered a lot of questions my husband and I had!! We would like to know what type of printer you use?
Hi! Glad you like it :)
I use a Canon photo printer.
Not a fan of using printed eyes/designs, BUT there are uses for it. I was thinking though, If you cut out the pictures, (leaving a boarder) you could then pick up the print, and roll it onto the back of the cabochon. This would push the air bubbles out as you apply it.
I must have misunderstood, but I thought you were going to actually show how to make the glass cabachon itself as it says in the title!
Hi. I thought u were going to show us how to make the glass stone itself
Hi
Hi Anna, Can you show us how to make the pictures? Do I just print it from my printer? Do I use photography paper or normal A4 paper? So many questions and I can't find any answer !!!
How do you print the 12mm
Very nice, thank you! Where do you buy cabochons and pictures?
the cabochons I buy on Ebay and the pictures I make myself :)
What program did you use to size the images
Did the color smear because of the glue (glaze) or because of the paper? Is that photo ( picture) paper? Loved this video! 💜
I've made these type of photo-printed cabochons for quite a while. This is a trick I've learned. Rather than using glue or glaze or mod podge, I use Diamond Glaze or another brand of clear dimensional gloss to attach the photos to the glass. It resolves the issue of the photos becoming blurry or smeared looking. I use regular copy paper printed with a cheap inkjet printer. As long as the ink has fully dried, something like Diamond Glaze won't make the ink smear. Once you lay the glass onto the photo, it's helpful to move it around and press it down a little to get rid of any possible air bubbles.
do you sell human iris? I need 8mm,10mm, 20mm human
What program do you use for circle?
awesome
REALLY Prettyyyyyyyyy
Update your videos, this is 2014 five years ago. Thanks for showing this.
Thanks for your feedback ^^ and yeah, ones I'm able to I'll update some of my old content :)
What type/brand of paper do you use? I can't get mine to look right. The pictures come out a little blurry/distorted. Thank you! Love the video!
+Brittany Headbang where did you buy the glass? I don't see it at Michaels.
+K Mcleod you can order them online on aliexpress.com
***** Etsy and Amazon.
Hi Anna, How do you finish these? Do you just cut around the dome with scissors? Do you seal the edges? Thanks.
just cut it with a scissor. I don't seal the edges, it hasn't been needed for me so far as I mostly use them in beading (bezel it) and with PC (embed it in the clay).
@ can you please make a video on how to bezel them? And how to attach a bunch together to make some thing like in 12:18?
Hi, did you use an ink jet printer or laser? 🙂
Thank you! :)
Do you cut it out with an exacto knife? How do you finish the back? Very helpful btw. Ty.
I just use scissors to cut them out :)
I mainly use them in my beadwork or in polymer clay so I don't really seal the back of them as I usually close them up by embedding them into the work; beading - bezel, pc - working it into the clay.
I ger tiny bubbles when mine dry :( what can i do to eliminate them?
Alejandra Vazquez Hi. Push them out with your finger-tips. Can't say there's another way. It takes a while, but that's how I did it.
Hi Anna, where do you buy your glass. Alice
Thanks.
How do you get the size accurate to print. 😣
Your tutorial is awesome, especially for a first one. I was wondering if you plan to sell the eye graphic. It would be helpful for those of us who don't know what program you used to create them or how to create them. I would also like to respectfully say that the background music is beautiful but makes it a little difficult to hear you. I would also like to say that I love all of the pieces you showed. Maybe a tutorial on bead weaving should be next on your agenda especially how to make the shapes of the bracelets, what you use as a backing and how to attach a backing to the bead work. best of luck to you.
+Mary Mangano Thank you for your feedback. And I've actually been thinking about putting up the eye grpx for sale on my etsy since there have been so many request :)
+Anna Fjellborg thank you for response. If you decide to sell the grpx would you please let me know. thanks
A really great demonstration, just 1 tiny criticism the background music made it hard to hear what you are saying,
What kind of paper did you use? Thanks and amazingggggg work ❤
5:38 she says something about photo paper, from the shiny look it looks like photo paper
Hello! Really great cabochons :) I just wonder, how do you make those pictures round? Idk, you do that in photoshop? Because I couldn't find any picture that is that round to print it :( Thank you very much for your answer
Yeah, they're made in photoshop :)
What I basically do to get the right size in the software is that I open a new document with an equal sized square, and then I make a circle in it and start from the center. Hope that helps :)
Thank you very much, I will try!:)
Great tutorial! But it's a little hard to hear you, could you post this without the music?
Could barely hear with that back ground music.can you explain what cam you explain what you were brushing on what they are and reason why use.can also show bottles.thanks
Thank you, nice video..💕❣️🌺🌺🌺🌺
Does anyone know how to set your printer to print out those circles images?
Just use a template, and the graphics program of your choice.
Anna Fjellborg hello.. what program do you use to print the pictures exact measurement for the pendant
Gabriela Beas PS :)
Nice
Well I guess we could all tell it was her first video like she said. Hopefully she will get better
Do you know how to make other shapes other than the circles? Can you buy different shapes?
Lol Ill try to in a bit
Is ok if i'm gonna use regular paper insted of the one you used for this video?
photo paper are better. cause reg photo paper has lines and stuff....if u get what i mean lol
Tyrah Jerome yes I understand ahah Thanks for the answer! :)
Hi Anna. Have you used Lilly Glaze before? I bought some from www.staycrafty.com and got no air bubbles. What is your opinion of using this verse Diamond Glaze? I love your pieces!
Sonya Roberts Hi, sorry I haven't used the lilly glaze :) seems to be an American product and I haven't seen any of the stores I buy from carry it. I'm gonna keep an eye out for it tho :)
Can you use liquid clay to glue them together or is there some type of other baking safe glue
I've never tried, so I can't say for sure :) But I would guess it also depends on what paper you're using as some photo paper mainly have their film made from plastic, which melts at certain temperatures. I would suggest that you use a scrap piece and try it out for yourself and see what result you can get ^^
@ thank you for the reply and advise
