I constantly worry about it which I hate about myself because I know it's just hair. I just hate not knowing the cause. Any way, thank you for responding.

@@peacewithangelamarie I saw my stylist on Thursday and she told me I went too long before getting my relaxer. She gave me a treatment and trimmed my ends. I am taking Vitamin D, drinking plenty of water and using Unlay to massage my scalp at night. Already seeing less shedding. 🙂

Hello! Thank you for watching 💕 no, I plait it and leave it that way for a week or two. I work as a nurse practitioner so I wear my nursing cap when I see patients and when I’m home I wear a bonnet. But I literally leave it alone for the entire time I have it braided other than oiling my scalp and doing my scalp massage.

Thank you hun 💕 I wash every 2-3 weeks. More often than not it’s 3 weeks. I now relax every 3 1/2 to 4 months.

Can you do a video on how you maintain your hair without heat for a month? I’m newly relaxed and currently use heat once weekly. Can’t imagine not using heat after washing. Thanks!
Do you have a paddle brush blow dryer. I just got the Conair Pro Knot Detangler and I love it. A good blow dryer in sections should get your hair pretty straight if your relaxed. I’’m 6 months post this month and I air dry mostly this whole time because I just got the Conair this month.
