Collagen peptides are freaking amazing! I'm 51 and it's been almost 1 year of collagen and biotin. My hair looks really healthy and strong. It's thickened up a little but my growth has shown twice as much length retention each month.
I love your advice. I recently had a major skin issue that caused me to cut my shoulder length to the scalp. It was devastating. Olaplex saved me. I used number 0,3,6,7. People that have a problem with them, do it wrong. It is a treatment NOT A conditioner. They seem Never to read the instructions or call the company. You will notice a big difference w the 2nd use. Breakage slows right away.
I wish I could go longer than 2 weeks before washing my hair. I have seborrheic dermatitis and my scalp will literally feel like it's on fire. It will get very red and inflamed. I have to wash once a week. Its imperative. And my hair is natural.
Me too once a month no shame I hardly put anything apart from my oils daily. and butter here and there! Waist length Long Hair and full!! I'm turning 47 in less than 5 months so woop woop!!
YES! THIS! 🙌🏿 All of these tips are gold. I also have relaxed and healthy hair and I have been using almost all of the tips that you have mentioned. For me, washing my hair multiple times a week is equal to high manipulation and stripping the hair for no reason. So I tend to do the same thing you do and stretch the wash day out a bit with maintenance in between. I also use a wide tooth comb and recently got into finger detangling especially in the shower. Worked wonders!

If no, can I be given some examples of moisturisers. Thank you.

Hey girl , so my hair gets real flaky in like 3 days after washing ..I keep it moist and that doesn’t help. This is ridiculous do you have any products you can recommend all naturalllllll please girl 👧
Hello! I agree.... the flaking could be dandruff which is often due to fungal overgrowth or Oily scalp. If the flakes at large, yellowish and your scalp is red and oily, you should try antifungal shampoo like selsun blue or shampoo with tea tree oil if your have a sensitive scalp. If the flakes or smaller and your skin is dry in other places then you simply have dry scalp. I would moisturize my scalp with a light oil. I used an oil called Unlay but mielle rosemary mint scalp oil is a very good drug store product for a dry itchy scalp. 💕
It could also be seborrhic dermatitis which looks like dry flaky skin as opposed to dandruff, you also have some dryness on your face. If your eyebrows are also flaky sometimes that is a dead giveaway. My derm recommended Tsal from Neutrogena as it exfoliates the scalp. Shampoo and leave on the scalp for 5 to 10 minutes twice. Wash after with moisturizing shampoo and condition. Also adding a bit of rosemary, tea tree oil or peppermint to your deep conditioner.
Hello! When my hair has breaking i usually treat with either protein or moisturizing deep conditioners ( depending on the need). I do this bi-weekly. Please don’t. Diluting the relaxer will still cause a bad reaction between the lightened hair the relaxer. You hair is already broken down and can’t handle the disulfide bonds being broken any further

So my whole head is colored brown to red ombre... Can I put a relaxer or mix a small amount of relaxer in my deep conditioner, or dont even try it? 😭😂
Lol 😂 I would say DEFINITELY don’t try it 😂. Thanks for watching 💕
Please don’t. Diluting the relaxer will still cause a bad reaction between the lightened hair the relaxer. You hair is already broken down and can’t handle the disulfide bonds being broken any further
🌬📢 🥀💣💚 Thank U

36...boo hoo! 😭
It's very difficult find people with healthy relaxer hair, it's almost imposible, I think the only way for to have healthy hair is be natural.
You go 2 weeks without washing your hair??? Ew
Sometimes 3 😬

😁
How often do you wash your hair?
If I go more than 4 days, my hair will smell like blue cheese. 😁

I am a black woman with relaxed hair. I wash my hair 1-2 times a week. The key to my hair growing fast, is to keep my scalp very clean. I deep condition every week.
@@ceyciemateo9411 Good for you? 🙄 everybody’s hair doesn’t need to be washed weekly.
