@@VTECAcademy yeah only the 2nd gen sedan got a 280hp J35. Personally I wish the station wagon HAD received the J35 because I love the way they look and how rare they are. I am not a fan of the 2nd gen sedan though.
Did he say 07-08 tsx i thought only the tl& rl came v6 tsx has always been 4 cylinder
The second generation TSX came both 4 and 6.
I think the word you were looking for is "Off Road Use Only" Brian 👍🏽
Once it's up and running, i will get an EPA legal on road version.
Some later tsx had a j seires but it was auto
Yes, the second generation did.

@ronnyreynaabreu that's super cool I had a 4th gen tl now I have cg6 accord
Question you may be able to answer, is the TL automatic subframe the same as the TL manual trans subframe ? I've always been told they are different but never compared the two subframes side by side. (Some say there is no difference while others say they are different) ps love the J series content and look forward to your project TL build.
The manual is different from the automatic for sure.
@@uhReptile I got a 6MT TL but have some buddies trying to do the swap and I’ve told them they need the manual subframe but they think they are the same lol they will find out
@@BoostedGPTL the 04-06 auto and manual are the same, 07-08 is the one that’s different

So I'm using the Acura TL power steering high pressure hose. I'm using my tl heater hose. I'm using tl axels with tl subframe on mine
Once we found out it would change the steering geometry, we decided to just make a new rear mount and use the stock subframe.
@VTECAcademy well I'm currently waiting for you guys to finish the kit I'll swap back the subframe
Been looking to do this project hopefully sometime soon on my girls 1g Tsx 😎
