I love your channel! Especially when I get to see all the places in California where I grew up. However, I was born and raised in Salinas and drove through prundale daily and have never heard of those stories or seen anything odd. The trees do look cool and sometimes spooky how they line the road but nothing sinister. I can tell you some REAL local stories. I lived on old stage rd for years. And In an old stage coach house. Needless to say I was very excited to see this episode with a bunch of familiar places. Can’t wait for the next!

I worked at the Linda Vista Hospital on a film in 2007. I got to meet Henry Rollins. Since I am a born again Christian and one of the other members of the film crew was a Christian also we never saw any ghosts. I know the Glenn Tavern Inn it's a cool place. You could do an entire show on Ventura County alone.

Regarding hwy 101 going North - in Prunedale. My friends and I were returning from San Francisco. It was a little past 3 am. I was sitting in the back seat and saw a man with blond hair who was wearing shorts, t shirt and had a large backpack. He was walking on the side of the road and completely vanished within seconds. Has anyone experienced this?

Thanks for tuning in, Rowena! We haven’t personally but 101 is crazy all the way up through Oregon… Have you been on any of these other drives?
