im stuck., I got as far to create the straps but when i need to start rotating th straps to get the correct angle a big object appears in the end of the strap lines and messes up the whole design. How do I resolve this. Br
For some reason, when I imported the Jpeg sequence into the shader nothing showed up so I was wondering what could have caused it to not show up. Great video btw
Hi, thanks for watching :) you need to make sure the image sequence is in a folder within your ‘tex’ folder - local time your c4d file, otherwise it will not import properly. You also need to ensure you type in the frame start number and final frame within the image animation tab

Could you provide the strip pattern? Awesome tutorial. I'm a nooby when it comes to photoshop and been playing around with the patterns for a long time but not getting a good result.
Hey, sorry for the late reply - I've been deep in a big client project recently. The stripes are just black and white lines, I will upload to dropbox or something and add the link in here tomorrow if you still need it!

Hi, have you made sure your sequence is in the tex folder that is local to your c4d file? If it’s somewhere else, it won’t work - that might be your issue?

No reason why not! The animation is all driven by mograph and effectors - so Octane is only used for the overall look and emission textures on the dots. I'm sure redshift has a similar type of emission texture

I also had a simular issue, I needed to go into the effectors on the cloner & drag in the shader.

Something went wrong...When I load sequence test does not appear. May be you know where the problem is?
