Are there many races, or just one? What role does or belief about Darwinian evolution play in our understanding of race? Is Darwinian evolution inherently racist? These are just a few of the questions addressed in this message.
Racism has a variety of root causes. However, none of these causes is more sinister than the misuse of Genesis. Not only does a proper understanding of this text disprove racist assertions made by some biblical exegetes, it also cuts straight to the heart of the Darwinian brand of racism that gave rise to such atrocities as the Holocaust. Though there are many ethnicities, this message argues that all human beings actually form a single race.

This man is more ignorant than you apparently. Religions of all types are deeply cultural and highly subjective, thus, teach racism almost by default (BTW, was Christian religion designed with your culture in mind?) Few religions teach racism better than the Abrahamic ones, that is, Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. I have never heard a white Christian who left "the faith," NOT site one of his new-found freedoms as freedom from "having to be racist!" Evolutionary biology of our and other species is literally a mundane fact of life, while creationism would be a fantasy, even if there were a "god" to be found somewhere. Teaching black people that evolution is racism is wholly intellectually dishonest, and as about as unscientific as any grown man can be. By the way, the head of the human genome project, which was the joint effort of the U.S. and five (5) other nations (where the human genome was finally sequenced in its entirety .. think now of the ability to do Ancestry DNA, 23 and me, etc), Francis Collins, also a Christian, but also intellectually honest; says that if paleontology, archeology, and other scientific disciplines were not "convincing" enough for those who doubt evolution, what the human genome reveals, is a slam dunk (or words to that effect)! He says, it not only confirms our relationship to our closest primate cousins (Bonobos, Chimpanzees, Gorillas, and Orangutans, Our common (primate) ancestor, and other species, it confirms our relationship to all living things on the planet, which also confirms (evolutionary) COMMON DESCENT! In other words, not only are you an evolved ape sir, you are also related to roses, redwood trees, birds, and fish! Wow, I don't know who is worse, you or the negro I caught telling people that the slavery in the bible was entirely different from slavery endured by our ancestors, where his goal was to dishonestly place everyone under the rules for Hebrew slaves (which was bad enough), ignoring all references to making slaves of "the heathens around you!" He knew what he was doing and I suspect you do too. Religion is big money with no taxes; an industry, just like the P.I. (Pimp Industry) and you are just protecting your privileges, so get yours bruh. These sheep (sound familiar) would believe you anyway, however, without the Transparent lies and willful ignorance! After all, it's "faith," that is, living and walking not by sight... As soon as you throw facts or even basic reality in the mix, it all seems to break down! I'm done brightness, but I can only offer this: Keep lying and keep praising the lord cause thinking is hard and science, phew... is even harder! PS- if y'all who are listening to this dude stop thinking, studying, and being more intellectually curious, there may be a price to be paid in decreased mental function as you age. Charles Darwin's book is Actually named: "On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or the Preservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life." (1859)
Yes, Darwin used "races" as an alternative to "species" that's all. But don't forget he was writing from a 1850s worldview.

God Bless you for this message!! I often watch videos on the different primates. I enjoy all of Gods creations. But I get so offended when the narrative is that we share 97% of our DNA with them so that is why we are related. Often times I get into arguments in the comments because of evolution vs Creation. I would like to know what to say to someone who thinks that because an ape has DNA like ours that we evolved from them. I know we didn't, but how do I refute the DNA argument??
No it makes sense because mercury and gold are 98.74% identical in make up. That is why gold and mercury are so identical you know with one being inert and the other being fairly easy to cause brain or kindey damage by touching it and every one will tell you how some gold randomly stopped being mercury. Oh wait mercury and gold are extremely different even though they are insanely close on their make up and the only way you one could turn to the other is by an inane amount of intervention by an intelligent person and not random chance? Hmm then maybe your correct and we shouldn't base our understanding of science on a guy from ~150 years ago that based all on his research on how things looked that has been mostly debunked.
Quite frankly two people of different ethnicities have a child and that child is the most beautiful baby you will ever see. My Brazilian-European niece is the most precious little thing on the planet.

Light skin people live where there is less sun, and are more efficient at converting vitamin D with less sunlight. Darker skin has more tolerance for long exposure to sun.

I’m starting to wonder if this is really Voddie? Three things prompt this: first, it’s a poor recording with audible breaks. Second, Voddie vehemently denies systemic racism. He espouses that God created only one race, the race of man. Third, Voddie is very intelligent and extremely well read - but everything presented here is factually wrong: Darwin does not say that man evolved from apes, and certainly he does not state that different species of apes gave rise to different ethnicities in mankind; he suggested the the Great Apes and Mankind may share a common ancestor - in other words, that all of these species may have evolved from one organism. The poster he refers to was drawn in 1964 and is called “The Road to Homo Sapiens” by Rudolf Zallinger. It has 15 figures (not 6) and the last few figures are not a black man, an asian and a white man. In fact, all of the figures are drawn in black and white, without shading or physical features to suggest any ethnicity. Look at it for yourself.
Voddie would know all of that, and would not promote falsehoods. The concept that the darker you are the less evolved you are isn’t Darwinian - it’s actually Mormon. In 2nd and 3rd Nephi, it teaches that the “cursed Lamanites” had dark skin, but they repented and successive generations became lighter skinned until they became “white and delightsome” due to their purity.
All of that aside, Jesus is my Lord and whatever he says goes!

Why you only Focus on the flaws of some in Blm in which they are. But some how nothing bothers you flaws of people in Christian nationalism. To make you point you reverse engineer your arguement to a theory nearly 200 years ago. You then ignore any revisions in that thinking that would now state today's position. Keep up the race grift - it's your bread and butter.

@alstroemeria227again4 Darwinism is not current science. All humans are the same animal, brothers and sisters, cousins, same ancestry. Science evolves and becomes better, smarter. Nothing to do with all the different perceptions and feelings of what gods from all different communities have ever believed. I respect your right to believe, as long as it's recognized as a belief, not fact on which laws should be written... No way.
