Great video. I was just wondering how you go with glueing the feet of the miniatures onto a rough surface like that? Is there any specific method that you use to overcome a likely incongruent surface connection? I have always done the bases after the miniature is painted and firmly glued onto the base already. Cheers!!
These are great tutorials - I will be using some of the techniques. Do you paint any Marvel Crisis Protocol or have you created any bases for that game?
New to your channel, but great video's so far. Keep up the nice work, you got a good voice to listen to and the editing quality of these video's is nice. Gr. Tim
If you want a really fast method, take any texture basing material and paint a technical or wash paint over it, preferably an odd color like blue or green or orange if you want that odd star wars like world
Thanks for the guide. Im New to this Hobby and im looking for some New tricks. I have a question. Must it be play area Sand or van i use every Sand? Like bird Sand from the pet Shop for example?
@@rpgmusik2172 I think the real world equivalent is painters tape which is probably a third cheaper than Tamiya. Some hobbyist seem to go out their way to buy expensive materials.
Thanks for showing us!! Appreciate it!
Thank you!
This was super cool and helpful! Keep up the amazing work 🔥
Glad It helps!

Amazing video but I was wondering where you can find the paint
Great videos....what is the thing you are attaching the base too when you are painting. The thing you are holding onto. Thanks
My current method is to use corks with a piece of double sided tape on them.
Nice von miller jersey!!

Any sand will do. I’d just recommend putting It in oven to kill bacteria depending where u get It from.
@@CREATEminis alright thanks for the Quick Response.
I detest re-painting the rim of the base. Prior to any painting I add a wrap of say Tamiya tape around the base, saves a job!
Haha not a bad tip!
You could even use normal masking tape if you have it on hand. Probably a bit cheaper

Do you then just glue the minis onto the with super glue?
Yup!
What’s the best way to clean your tools after a project? I can’t afford to buy new brushes after every session. Child support LOL.
You can buy brush cleaner, it’s an initial investment but will save you tons over the long haul. Spoil that child of yours!!
Brush soap watch artis opus video on it also if using wet palette don't put metallic colours in it
Use also different brushes for metallics and different jars for cleaning them
Does anyone else feel like the legion bases are ridiculously tall?
Guessing it’s for ease of use with the movement tools? If It were short or tapered It would be harder to seat the tool? Idk just my guess.
