I used to play so much Day of Reckoning! I remember way back in the day making Chris Sabin and playing through the Smackdown story with him. Kinda funny that the Raw and Smackdown story modes were almost identical, just with different people. It actually made way less sense on the Smackdown side
Yeah I thought it was weird how they just replaced Triple H with Undertaker it doesn't even make any sense 😂. Undertaker would never do any of the stuff they have him doing not even in his limp bizkit phase. And it's funny cause they just make it triple h in the second game.
Despite watching wrestling in the early 2000s I'd never heard of William Regal, thought I'd look him up after seeing the clips in this video - the guy is absolutely hysterical, what a character - they should have made more of him. I've spent the last three evenings watching clips of him berating Americans, I need help... but what a hero
Lol finally got to see that scene you were telling me about, thats bloody hilarious mate wtf hahahah! I loved the gamecube and just played through stairfax temperatures and metal gear solid twin snakes again. Hell of a system. Some games actually wouldnt look out of place in the current generation, especially when played on dolphin. Games like rogue sqaudron 2, metroid prime, luigis mansion, starfox adventures f zero gx and many more. Still look incredible at 60fps
So good to see you, my friend 😊 Been loving your compilations/retrospectives! I was also a Gamecube kid. So many good games, I think it gets overlooked a lot in the argument between PS2 vs Xbox. But I get it in some ways too, "Nintendo games" varied a lot in popularity with teens, hard to argue with my friends how much I love my Wind Waker and Chibi Robo (which i still maintain an unhealthy love for!) when they're playing Halo and God of War 😂 and the other games I loved like Need for Speed or Simpsons Hit and Run weren't Gamecube exclusive. What a different time, eh? A time in life when we had so little to worry about that console wars were some of the most important arguments to have hahaha Have a great day, Goblin.
