Hello friends!
Peel 1 apple and cut into cubes.
Melt 25 g butter.
Welcome to our channel!
Cut 1 onion.
Add the onion, a sprig of rosemary and 2 sprigs of thyme.
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs.
5 Salt the potatoes and cook until done.
Make deep cuts into the pork fillet.
Salt, black pepper.
100g cheese.
Fill the pork fillet.
30 g blue cheese (Gorgonzola).
Place the bacon pieces overlapping (in the shape of a herringbone pattern) on the baking paper.
Place the fillet in the middle and wrap it with bacon.
Wrap with parchment paper and then cover with foil.
Place on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
Place the finished potatoes on a baking tray and mash them with a pestle.
Place a piece of butter on top, season with salt and black pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 15 minutes until crispy.
Chop the dill.
20g Parmesan cheese.
Open the pork fillet and bake for another 15 minutes at 190°C.
The tender and juicy pork fillet roll is ready.
Sprinkle the potatoes with Parmesan and dill and serve.

Schade, bei Rosmarin und Thymian bin ich bei diesem Rezept raus. Ich hasse diese Tannenbaum Nadeln. Und Thymian mag ich nur im Hustensaft. Ok, der Speck zum Schluss macht es leider noch furchtbarer.
