Heyyyyyy Meeks Gang?!
I know it's been a while but we have moved... AGAIN! This is the new house tour of our DREAM HOME and prayerfully this is our last move! We never thought we'd move back to Virginia permanently but this house was love a first sight. It was actually under contract for someone else the first time we saw it, so when it ended up back on the market we jumped on it! Now, it's ours and we are so excited to start our next chapter in our new home.

1. Plan towards it
2. Be Frugal and minimal on spending (don't buy why you don't need)
3. Save money towards retirement (Roth IRA /401k)
4. Build an emergency fund
5. Save to invest, it's a proven way to get richer. Very important to financial success

WOW, all the interior doors are gold. You got your work cut out to have them repainted. They can be sprayed white or some other colour than will make your home brighter and look much bigger too.

Real story. So I follow you on IG. not sure how I came about but today I saw your DC reel and said oh ok. I didn’t know they were in the DMV So I went to your IG and noticed you’re actually in the V. So I’m like cool. I wonder what area, only because I too live in VA. Liked a few pictures and went on about my morning. Opened YT to find a video to watch while doing my hair and BOOM there y’all go with a new house tour. Didn’t even know y’all were YTers but I love a good house tour and renos. So here I am. Love your home it's so beautiful. The small room off the bedroom wasn't counted in the sq footage because it has only one exit the door. Fire code requires two, usually it's the window. The one in the room doesn't look like it's large enough to be a fire exit. You can have a larger one installed. I can't wait to see you put your full decorating touch on it.

Very nice home! However, you failed to mention that HUGE GENERATOR next to that outside bathroom next to the pool. That thing will power your entire home in the event of a neighborhood power outage. That's a great feature to have.
