I feel you about the whole tomboy thing. I'm fairly androgynous, graphic Ts, skinny jeans, vans and cute wind breakers are my usual. But anywho, welcome to LA! 🤙🤙 check out a place called "Frank and sons" in the "City Of Industry". It would be a good vlog location. It has a crap ton of anime, Vidya games and retro gaming/anime collectables. Just saying cuz I know how much of a geek u are lol. ♥️ Keep up the good work homeskillet!
Being as self conscious as I am from childhood bullying, I’d always say I wanted a boob job or a nose job or this or that and it wasn’t until I got a little older (and married the loml who instilled so much confidence in me) until I realized how thankful I was I never did anything like that. I know it seems way different for me being a biological female but growing up I looked very boyish, I got called a boy/board/flat chested/ugly/referred to as a him/he, the list goes on. It wasn’t until about 15 when puberty really started kicking in for me. Im not saying I know the struggles of being trans, but I know what it feels like to want to fill a “feminine” mold. I’m not judgmental of people who get plastic surgery, your body, your choice, but it just always makes me immensely sad that they thought that’s what they had to do to feel beautiful. Even though I’ve watched your videos for a long time, I don’t know what’s offensive to say so please forgive me if this is rude but I’ve always thought nobody would ever know you were trans if they didn’t know you personally. I think you’re incredibly gorgeous exactly how you are, I know your mind tells you that isn’t true but it is and that goes to anybody reading this too. Have a great day ❤️

Always enjoy listening to you Gage. You made some good points in this video. Many other youtube M to F transgender girls seem to go the route of signaling ultra femme. You don't. Actually that might make you much more likely to fit in with cis gender females. Maybe not in LA but in most places. Love you and love that you share all this.
Hey Gage. I can totally relate. I live in LA and just started with my transition and there really is a lot of pressure (in my opinion) if you're a trans and live here in LA at the same time. But now u're here, I suggest to go to LA LGBT center (where i go) for your "Transition needs". They can totally help you. If you're worrying about money, trust me, I am too lol but you can apply for MediCal and they cover your spiro and estro. And right now I heard that they somehow cover some of the expenses for breast augmentation and/or SRS if you're considering those in the near future. Im telling you this because u're the one who inspired me to transition and who else helps each other right? :) And i know it's too late but WELCOME TO LA and im hoping to meet you soon!!! 😘😘😘

I do agree with you and for me I sometimes feel super feminine and feel the need to live how I feel. Then there are times I feel I am pressured and Im like F**k it! Im adrogynous mode. Uuggh!! the mood swings! The life of a transgender lol.

At the beginning of my transiton I felt like I needed it all- I feel the community itself can be toxic encouraging as much body modification as possible to be your “true self” I believe it should be about the doing the least amount to be happy with yourself. I see so many trans women who have had way to much work. Done and it has the opposite effect. They look like charactatures of women

Gage, please remember that you don't have to be perfect to be considered pretty. Beauty really *is* in the eye of the beholder. No matter how un-perfect you might think you are, I guarantee that *somebody* will think you're cute. Not everything has to be "on point". Just be who you are. To my eye, you are naturally attractive. Don't buy into fake pressure. You look fantastic already. You also look extremely feminine. Trust me, you are your own worst critic. You look great.

Unfortunately, I feel like we do have to conform if we want to be able to fit in as women. We live in a society where short hair or long can be the difference between being gendered incorrectly or correctly. I have a friend who's a super scrawny guy with long hair and clean shaven(He's a metalhead) and he gets called ma'am at least twice every day, which he hates but is used to. I also have another cis friend who's tall and has a pixie cut, she gets called "sir" a lot, though she's super vocal about it(my other friend just kinda rolls his eyes like "again..."). They're able to brush it off easily, but if I get called "sir" or otherwise don't pass, it ruins my whole day, I've left stores crying. For us it could be the difference between being able to use the bathroom in peace or not.
And BTW, you're super gorgeous, I think you could be a supermodel! (I wish I had your body, I'm fighting the "Battle of the Muffin Top).

Gage you can go to the one clinic look up dawn Marie. & she tells you a health insurance (cheap ) & they cover your cosmetic surgery there is always a way if there’s a will there’s a way boy. I’m gonna start a RUclips channel in the future. However if you want a bigger but get a buttlift not implants & please don’t touch your face. Your gorgeous a fellow trans women 😉💕

Do not even think about plastic surgery, your face is in NO way in need of surgery, your Nose, eyes cheeks lips eyebrows face and faceshape, are absolutely perfect.
Just to let you know, models are highly overrated, most look uniquely strange and most don't even look like women.
