It helps but you also should look at progesterone as it helps fat distribution and it actually helps you stay calm! It might even help with sleep, but both need to be taken at the same time so there isn't too much of one and not enough of another hormone. Estrogen vs. Progesterone. Most doctors suggest taking both at the same time.

I can say personaly, it's only amount of time you go, when you go you share your life and experiece and why you feel your trans, depending how much you give In a session the therapist decides it took me 4 months only because I went 1nc a month she week week after week so depending how much you can afford how much free time you can make all depends on you, they know whether you are trans or just depressed or yes confused, by the 3-4 visit and give you a letter of recommendation for a doctor

I paid out of pocket that was 115 a session for me lol and that's the thing they observe you see if you fit the criteria of GID gender identity disphoria, when I went to sessions I put it all out there for them my past my bullying my suicidal urges my constant dressing up my pronouns what. I wanted I went to my sessions dressed as a girl that is a factor tbh they have to see you as YOU dress how you want they of course are good at reading you my therapist saw times I went as a girl I was happier and more positive then when I went as a boy tbh I didn't even notice that ha but that's how they do it
and. I hadn't even been out dressed as a girl for more than even 2 months so you can go as you are now transitioned physically or not that's how I got my hormones, 4 month now

It helps but you also should look at progesterone as it helps fat distribution and it actually helps you stay calm! It might even help with sleep, but both need to be taken at the same time so there isn't too much of one and not enough of another hormone. Estrogen vs. Progesterone. Most doctors suggest taking both at the same time.

Hey girl, is there any advice you can give on the counseling sessions? How did yours get approved so fast? You're gorgeous btw!
I can say personaly, it's only amount of time you go, when you go you share your life and experiece and why you feel your trans, depending how much you give In a session the therapist decides it took me 4 months only because I went 1nc a month she week week after week so depending how much you can afford how much free time you can make all depends on you, they know whether you are trans or just depressed or yes confused, by the 3-4 visit and give you a letter of recommendation for a doctor

I paid out of pocket that was 115 a session for me lol and that's the thing they observe you see if you fit the criteria of GID gender identity disphoria, when I went to sessions I put it all out there for them my past my bullying my suicidal urges my constant dressing up my pronouns what. I wanted I went to my sessions dressed as a girl that is a factor tbh they have to see you as YOU dress how you want they of course are good at reading you my therapist saw times I went as a girl I was happier and more positive then when I went as a boy tbh I didn't even notice that ha but that's how they do it
and. I hadn't even been out dressed as a girl for more than even 2 months so you can go as you are now transitioned physically or not that's how I got my hormones, 4 month now
