Haha, yeah, I’ve never gone THAT long without taking them, but I have some weeks where I’ll skip two or three days now, like I’m driving to work like “oh shit, I didn’t take my pills!” 😂 Also I feel you on the dissolving it in your mouth. My mouth is usually way too dry to even dissolve them in the morning, so I usually end up waiting until like noon. I’m erratic. 😂

I use medisafe to take my prescriptions at the same times everyday! It's really good app that let's u pick times for ur meds and it covers the whole screen when reminding u so I recommend tht!!!

Don't be like me, forgetting your pill box at home. For me not to bite heads off, I am taking my hormones twice a day, because halfway through the day, I become cranky and my migraines are mostly hormonal. Funny enough, estrogen takes mine away, where it normally is responsible for it. But I can feel when I'm evil, no estrogen was taken, and that's my reminder most of the time. Other reminder is, my pill box is next to my underarm, so take before you dress after showering is another option. Good to have you back. This year was year 7 on 25 January. I still think I look better only after year 5.
