There are a lot of muscles in the feet and muscle shrinks on oestrogen/ testosterone blocker. That is most likely why feet can shrink about a size.

If I recall correctly, the foot shrinkage is caused by a reduction of water in the cartilage between the bones on the feet.

Is it wrong for me to come out as trans and try to get on hrt if I don't have body dysphoria? Like I really want to live as a woman but I don't think I really experience any depression or anxiety due to my body. I just don't know if it's disrespectful to trans people to come out as trans without having body dysphoria. Gage pls help
Not every trans person experiences gender dysphoria but many of us do and that's what fueled our desire to medically transition. You can try to get on hormones but I doubt your therapist will approve it let alone your endo. Unless you lie.

yes you can get testosterone and start that way. but always talk with your doctor about it first. they can lead you in the right direction.
if you're asking if a girl can take hormones to look more feminine, no. Only if you have a hormone imbalance would taking estrogen make you more feminine.
