I think you don´t necesarily need to have your own biological kids, you can also adopt, I mean, of course it would be nice to see your kid with your facial features and so on, but I believe as a trans guy that it´s as good (Or even better) to give a good life to a homeless child, it´s just my opinion. You might be able to stop hormones temporarily, and after i stopped transitioning my dr put me on a medication called clomiphene, i took hrt fot a year and it brought my count back to normal
I read up on what the meds were for after i got them and it does say that for this use it has not been evaluated for, but it works, so if your dr is iffy tel him that you want the meds

The longer you’re on hrt the less it’s likely to bring the count back
