The elder is almost 40 years old . I still go back and listen to this album . Loved your cover for this and The Oath .
This is one of the those rare albums where now fans love the album more than the ones that created it .

Well, I prefer this version than the original. After all what has been said about "The Elder", I think the songs are awesome. I don't like the production and sometimes their voices. I think that album re-recorded and carefully arranged the voices: is a damn great album.
Not nessisarily having a go at this group as I think it's a good effort. However, it's a tedious, boring song that would possibly have some conviction if sung by a boy, with a choir perhaps, but just sounds a bit stupid coming from a grown man. A real embarrassment for Paul Stanley and Kiss who still apologize for this song to this day, but hey, they were in a bad creative place at the time, trying something different that didn't work out. As Gene says; it gets an "A" for effort and that's about all.
Well I hope kiss consults you next time they need some real direction to help them become a household name 😂😂😂
