The Elder and KISS Meets The Phantom are the most widely panned projects from KISS. They had the balls to try something no one else would. That’s what they’re made of! No one would’ve tried what they did back in 1973 and no one hits a home run every at bat. Those are both quality efforts and I enjoy listening and watching each.

you really gotta have a lot of time on your hands to even want to waste any time on covering these garbage ass songs, I will never forget buying this trash ass album as a kid, how disappointed I was, hate it still to this day, this was kiss' WORST album ever, still stands true to this very day, and you guys, out of all the kiss music, decided to cover this crap?? wow, amazing.

Well, I prefer this version than the original. After all what has been said about "The Elder", I think the songs are awesome. I don't like the production and sometimes their voices. I think that album re-recorded and carefully arranged the voices: is a damn great album.
