Thankyou very much.... this was so easy for me, at first when I saw some of the of videos of princess patterns in RUclips I didn't understand them but when I saw your video, I really understood what you were saying and doing ... Thankyou so much...
I just love the way you explained this pattern plus I also love your natural way of speaking, and you laughing intermittently makes me relax and enjoy the video. You're such a great teacher. Thank you so much 🙏. I just subscribed.
Thank you I did it and it came out well in the front but my back ‘em was a little trouble. I have a video wanted to share it with you. Thanks a lot this was my first time really trying the princess dart.
Nice job, but please I'm kind of confused when you took the 4inches dart point down and you said it is taken at 9inches point and not 8inches. Can you please explain further
How to get your armhole you measure from ur shoulder to your nipped point what you see you mark it if you want it fame u go up by 2inch or 1inch the first one is your chest point, second is ur nipped point that is why she mark 8/9
Thanks for the amazing video sis, I have a question though, Do the 2 extra inches you added cover ease or the compensation of the space the darts may take or is it just seam allowance?
i made a garment with princes line but upon fiiting the garment is bulging on the princess seam around the armhole. what could be the problem, help. bust is 43, shoulder 15.5 and upper bust is 38
Thanks Sis...please can u do a video to explain or differentiate it all....princess dart, princess bustiers, basic.,just watched like 3 of your videos am kind of confused

You are so welcome!
Thanks for this tutorial, I'm actually learning how to cut a princess dart, but I want to ask ,why did you have to add that one inch to the shoulder?
Because the princess dart jumps so the 1" accommodates the shortage.
Thanks for this tutorial. Please is it always same for blazers? As in the back bodice
Yes
Nice one ,a good teacher u are
Your intro alone 😂even made me more interested in knowing how to cut this. Am definitely going to do this, no doubt.
Thanks, ur tutorial is helpful but pls how to u get the dart line
It is 4 inches or the distance between your nipples
I just love the way you explained this pattern plus I also love your natural way of speaking, and you laughing intermittently makes me relax and enjoy the video. You're such a great teacher. Thank you so much 🙏. I just subscribed.

This looks so easy, I will try it out. My question though, is this for an English wear right, not our typical native blouse?
You can do it on all attires
Good teacher.

Thank you from Ethiopia
Very easy thank you so much
You are talented.
Thanks for this, plz the 9inches is it burst line? And 8inches armhole line right? Then waist line?
Yes.. She said if your cutting the top alone measure upto the hip line, and if cutting a gown measure the bodice upto the waist line
Wonderful, really you made it easier for me 🙏🥰🥰
Thanks what about that jacket ur wearing
Good teaching more grace
Ma how did u measure ur dart point. Shoulder to were
I would like to see how to measure Please. Love the vdieo!
Very helpful tutorial for beginner really, but what is dart point pls
Please the 3" at the armhole & the 1" below the bust point are constant?
No it's not
Nice job, but please I'm kind of confused when you took the 4inches dart point down and you said it is taken at 9inches point and not 8inches. Can you please explain further
9 inches is her breast point not 8 inches. 8inches is her arm hole point
So bad she didn't reply you ..I hope you understand it now
The 9 inch point is the bust point, and that's where the Dart is taken, while the 8inch mark is the chest/Armhole point
You measure your nipped to nipped then u divide into two what u see is your dat measurement
How to get your armhole you measure from ur shoulder to your nipped point what you see you mark it if you want it fame u go up by 2inch or 1inch the first one is your chest point, second is ur nipped point that is why she mark 8/9
Thanks so much. Learnt a lot ....easy to get. God bless you

Hi! Please why does the front pattern look straight? And the back pattern looks as if it should have been the front??
It's because I took out excess that will make it fold on the back out so after joining it, it will relax well.
Please ma do you have princess cut dart for off shoulder ?
Here's a video on that ruclips.net/video/9MhBqW5tCuo/видео.html

Sew from the blouse length upwards. You can as well use notches then secure with pins before sewing
