This was so so SOOO good. I've been breastfeeding for 11months and although those moves seemed pretty easy, it really hurt! I knew I was sore but I didn't realize I was this much sore.. even a basic forward fold hurt me so unexpectedly that I gasped. I will definitely come back to this vid and do it again and again. Thank you.❤

Hi Laurie! I did your yoga flows all throughout my pregnancy. I had my baby boy 4 weeks ago and have so missed doing your yoga flows! This is perfect for me but I had to stop when it moved from seated because I had a c-section. Can’t wait to pick yoga back up properly in a couple of weeks. Will definitely be doing this one to support my breastfeeding journey. You are looking beautiful too, your figure is stunning. ☺️ xx

I hope you’re healing ok! This one is suitable for further along PP once your scar feels totally healed as there’s some deep stretches here. I’ve got some really gentle 0-6 week videos on my postnatal playlist that you could try and see how you get on? They are much more gentle for those early days. This exercise is designed to stretch those parts that get tight due to breastfeeding
