Julian Sowards the screen is most likely cracked on the inside behind the frame of the tv replacements are available on ebay I believe I am in the process of ordering one mines also stopped responding so I took it apart and noticed the break

I got this radio and the volume is a joke. Turn it all the way to 30 and it isn’t loud at all. My damn headphone are probably louder. Only thing I like is the screen. Otherwise it’s a pos. Go with a more reputable brand. I got this radio and about to trash it cause it sucks and going to put a better one in.
DO NOT waste your money on this, I have a 2005 Toyota Tacoma with stock JBL radio, thought this would be an upgrade since my JBL didn't even have an aux jack, WRONG... everything sounds totally different, the audio quality is total garbage, sounds like a $20 pawnshop system with this POS radio in my truck now. Please do not buy this.

who connected the radio? I have 2 12's , 2 amps, two kickers (5.25's) and two kickers up front. Everything booms
