    About NTT Pro Cycling
Founded in 2007, NTT Pro Cycling (formerly Team Dimension Data for Qhubeka) became the first-ever African cycling team to gain a WorldTour license, in 2016. With the support of our headline sponsor and technology innovation partner, NTT, we are the most purpose-driven, performance-led, and technology-enabled team in pro cycling today. We also ride to raise awareness for Qhubeka, a global charity operating in South Africa, through our #BicyclesChangeLives campaign.

Very Interesting, I've heard the same when training further away from your bodies core temperature. Now you just need some Techno Music for your Sauna :-)

Hahaha, blij te zien dat het sfeerlichtje dienst doet in de sauna! 😉

You CAN increase red blood cells this way because heat stress can increase your natural EPO production (it’s a compensation for the excess plasma volume). Dr Rhonda Patrick has some good videos on this topic.

You guys should throw water to the sauna rocks (should be so hot that it generates steam) and enjoy the löyly experience as we Finns know it.

Bit late on this. But who does this work with Altitude training when your plasma volume normally drops? Does this create like double the amount of blood gains when they are combined?

What about training indoors in heat? I don’t have powerful fan for when I am Zwifting so I sweat like 2 litres every time 🥵 am
I going to perform better when I can start road racing again? 😅

Wanneer (pré/post training?) en hoe vaak ga je in de sauna?

does it also maximize your adaptation? like encouraging the inflammation kinda, so you can get stronger.
but not good for the recovery? where you need to perform at similar lever for the next day.
(this is what i read about, but not sure)
    any idea?
thank you & have a good ride ;-)

You have different effects: you talk about heat stress, also a posirive effecr but indeed. Slows down recovery but improves addaptation. But the main effecr is the extra plasma you create
