🦒☀️🤸!!! What a beauty!!! And what a pair, blooming right at the same time as Crestwood 👌👌. The clone/ varieties can really be confusing if they do not put the full name on the tag to start with. I recently read that these days, nurseries sort of manipulate some species to make them more compact and easier to grow in smaller spaces. But it is worth it to have a more compact growth with same large flowers. Yeah, it would be interesting to know what those small buds represent, maybe a reminiscence/evolution related structure🤔. Enjoy your lovely blooms and their fragrances. The effect of the ivory shade of the petals and sepals next to the white lip is so appealling!!!! Mingi hugggssss amiga mia from me. FFF 🙌🏼😍💐 I was so confused when I read about bosseri... it annoyed me actually, to realize that it was a sesquipedale var. bosseri, because I did not want a sesquipedale, then I realized that it was the compact variety that I did want, so phew... I can accept its dwarf habit compared to the original and the fact that the blooms are not reduced in size, makes it even better. That is the best trait is has, in my opinion, because the proportions are OTT 😊 thank YOU for taking the time to watch through this... oh, no rush, but, I am wondering if there is a problem with my email again, I know I sent you an email replying to your's but am not sure if it went through. Same with TOEKIE... so, I figured I just ask you if you got it. Please do not feel as though my asking is any pressure, I don't want to take so much of your day, just to know if it went through... don't want anyone to think that I am not replying. "grow some plantlets out from the base" maybe. I've seen some massive specimens that have never put out secondary fans and somewhat young plants produce two or three, I think individual genetics play a role in if they will readily form new fans. I see those weird side buds are still there. I think those were meant to be another bloom but failed to develop properly (or maybe they still will), just a guess. I hope that mine is a little different 😁 those buds do not look anything like the main buds looked like even in the early stages of development,.... and they are not getting bigger, not fading... and still I have no answer... maybe one day! Sijui! Going to take it easy today... not feeling 'it' today at all! Besides, I will have to bring my orchids in again for the next 3 or 4 nights.... temps going below 10ºC again. I have been taking King for walks outside the perimeter of the property now, just around the block, get him to heel and all that jazz. he is doing really well, with the exception that there are so many distractions he doesn't do his business... his mind is all over the place, and first I want him to pay attention to me as we walk... then, I hope the 'enticing' smells will trigger his inner being to do what he is supposed to do. Funny, though, how after half an hour, he comes home runs to the patio to do his business ... as if to say, finally... I have been dying to go!! 😂😂 gave him your kiss!! He thanks you 😘🌸 enjoy your Saturday with the 'chids and the pups too!! ❤️

I read on a website travaldo.blogspot that larger specimens tend to get consecutive flowers.
