    🦒👏👍👍👍 💝 Gosh, that was exciting and you deserve a million likes for not damaging any structures. While you were pulling the roots way from the edge I kept thinking how much longer they seem and wondering if they already are showing on the other side. When they do, your neighbour is gonna get the scare of his/her life 😅😅😅 Looking forward to the blooms and sending you all much love 🥰😘🥰😘🥰

      FFF 😍🙌🏼🤸🥰💐 good evening, meine liebe Freundin! Isn't it fun? 😅 Scary fun, now that they are inside, but nice to see. Unfortunately the birds spoiled some of the fun by taking out root tips and it was too late for them to reactivate. I am not sure what I am going to do in the spring when it is time to get them back into the hedge 🫣🤪 on the other side of this hedge is the access rode to the next community, so.... maybe next year I might go around the other side to see if I can see anything. Thank you for the thought of deserving a million likes, that would be nice 🥹 I hope they will bloom for us, but it is always dicey with me having to open the terrace door. Bud blast is a real risk, I am always prepared to get bud blast, so yes, getting these to bloom out is a challenge and I hope that I can make it happen again 🤞🏼 btw, I forgot to tell you in your video, your angreacum is going to be big enough to bloom for you next year. It has increased in size so beautifully since we last got to see it. I thought to myself, one more season and you will have it in bloom 🥳🥳 thank you so much for watching, amiga mia! I hope you are keeping warm now. I am going to get some hot chocolate into my system for the remainder of my desk time. Also, wrap a blanket around me, I can feel my lower back getting cold 🥶 yuck! But, in a couple of days we should be back to double digit nights and maybe a little rain. We shall see!! Have a cozy evening and thank you for everything 🫶🏼❤️🌸

      😍 Hi!! 💐 That was a blessing, for sure! Now, the challenge is the winter months. I hope I do not loose many and those that I can carry through to Spring, well, we will cross that bridge when we get there... HOW am I going to get them back into the hedge 🫣😅 I may need to trim them to stand a chance 😅 thank you so much for watching! I hope you are already off to having a great day 🫶🏼❤️🌸

      🌸🥷🏼 Bon San, hi 😍🙌🏼🤸🥰💐 every year we are going to have to come up with something innovative to accommodate the root system 😅 looking at this network, I am already contemplating cutting some of the wire in the hedge back, because, yikes!! 🤣 thank you so much for your comment and for the support you provide with every video, by being here, watching and well, just everything 🌸🥷🏼 you are so appreciated. I hope that your day is going beautifully for you 🫶🏼❤️🌸

      @NinjaOrchids Thank You Nina. I must be stupid, I can't find your email address , where do I go to find your email.

    • @NinjaOrchids
      @NinjaOrchids  Год назад +3

      Wow!! 🌸🥷🏼 Bob San!! I am so thankful that you made me aware of this omission of YT after their visual make over of the platform! My email is gone and I just assumed that YT would carry over all the information from the about section into the 'more' caption underneath the channel name on the home page (I only checked on mobile, so I am not sure what it does on the browser) They carried over all the links, but not the email! The update videos we get behind the scenes stated that they would change the look of the home page and they would take away the 'About' tab, but they also said that everything will be carried over. I should know better than to trust RUclips to do right by me. Anyway, long story short, I am going to see if I can fix that but, my email address is ninjaorchids@gmail.com 🫶🏼 mi inbox es tu inbox... play on words for mi casa es tu casa 😂🥰

    • @NinjaOrchids
      @NinjaOrchids  Год назад +3

      ok, I fixed that now! The browser home page shows the email, the mobile home page did not. But, now it does and well, classic .... I now have my email showing 2x on the browser ... I don't have a problem with a visual make over, but really, YT has bigger problems than fiddling with the 'look' of the platform 🙄 thank you, again, for making me aware!! 🫶🏼

      HI Andrea 😍💐 yikes!! That is cold 🥶🙏🏼 goodness me! Maybe too early to call if it is going to be a white Christmas for you, but wow, that is cold! I am at 10ºC at night but there are days coming when we go back into the double digits. Still, I was not comfortable anymore to have these 2 outside, even with the wooly blanket. Also, supposedly we are going to have rain next week. Much needed, but not in the crown of these 2! They won't dry fast enough. Thank you so much for watching, lovely lady! I appreciate your kind feedback and time. Have a lovely rest of your evening 🫶🏼❤️🌸

      🌸🥷🏼 Director Jose San 😍🙌🏼🥰💐 good evening amigo mio! We are in a yin and yang world, huh? It is so true, there is something to do every day with the 'chiddos! Now, that I have seen the roots on these 2, I am not sure I am going to follow through with what I said about occasionally moving them outside during winter days that are suitable. This was nail biting to do and I do not bite my nails, so I was very nervous throughout. BUT, it is done, and let's see if they will bloom for us. The opening and closing of the terrace door is a must, and bud blast can happen easily. We shall see. As long as they are healthy and ride the coming months out with me, I will be happy 🙏🏼 Happy gardening to YOU, 🌸🥷🏼 friend! Enjoy seeing your beauties enjoying the great outdoors! Its going to be so much fun. Thank you so much for your support and for your friendship 🫶🏼❤️🌸

      🦋🦇😍 Love that! I am not hardy for these days 🥶😅 the hedge, if it werent for the birds making a meal out of some root tips, that hedge is the best protected root space I have, thankfully!! Added to that the high humidity this summer, Chef's Kiss 👌🏼 I don't know what I am going to do about the Bosseri though. Maybe wrap the roots with hob filter material in the spring, just so that I can get the orchid to hydrate. What is in the pot is just not cutting it. No matter how wet those roots are, I cannot bend them either 🤔 meh! So sweet of you to watch this video as well, thank you so so much 🙏🏼❤️🌸

    Coucou Nina,
    I don't have any Angraecum orchids but would love to get one healthy plant.
    I love the flowers.
    Shame on ME: always have less than 10% of good roots.
    As soon as I get healthy roots, the tips darkens and dry.
    Don't know if Nina sleep with all her orchids to have all these good roots.
    Daniel

      HI Daniel 😍💐 I am sure that a healthy angraecum is somewhere to be found and I hope you find it, even if it isn't blooming size. They are wonderful orchids and I am really lucky to be able to have them despite my conditions! If your tips darken and go dry, then I have to ask you about your humidity levels, has your leca been cleaned and leached to the point that it is salt free? I believe that your fertilizer levels are not the issue, so maybe there is a problem with too many residual minerals in your leca and as always, the flushing... I know you told me that you flush your orchids, so I am starting to think that your leca is holding on to too many minerals and needs much longer to leach out before being used. OR, humidity may be an issue. Let me know if any of the immediate thoughts that came to my mind could help you out! I appreciate you watching this video, thank you so much 🫶🏼 I hope you are having a wonderful weekend already ❤️🌸

    Still no sign of anything on my Crestwood but the weirdo had just started three new roots. Don't know what it is thinking there, it is winter but if it wants to be adventurous, have at it.

      Don Miguel 🥰💐 hola jefe! The 3 spur has confused what it is supposed to grow and is 3 roots instead 😅 having a mild fall, more rain and it feels like you are heading into a mild winter? LOVE the roots when they start growing, it is just sensational! Nothing I can think of, comes close to seeing these large angraecums start new roots. 🫠 I am a thucker for them 😂 thank you, so much, for watching amigo!! Have a relaxing Saturday evening surrounded by fur babies and festive atmosphere 🥰🫶🏼❤️🌸

    I do love the cheeky roots of Angraecums. I bought one not too long ago, it is growing like a weed so far and am so looking forward to it getting even more spidery roots. Do you grow the Angraecum germinyanum? Love the mossy growth that you have growing there too

    • @NinjaOrchids
      @NinjaOrchids  Год назад +4

      😍 Lisa, hi 💐 Its good to see you! I hope you are doing well 🫶🏼 angraecums are just the most majestical orchids that I can think of, even when not in bloom. They are so satisfying to look at and well, when they grow their roots, I am just 🫠🥰 Isn't that moss just incredible? 😅 I had a germinyanum, back in the day when I had my kit and kaboodle up and running, had it flower for me several times and wow, it grew so well. When my circumstances changed, I could not care for it anymore the way it needed to be cared for. Heat, light and high humidity all year round and weed mode kicks in. I find that only the large angraecums that I have can withstand adverse conditions and the ones with smaller structures, they really need the conditions to be spot on. They are more volatile. Beautiful orchid though, that germinyanum 👍🏼 👍🏼thank you so much for watching! Hope you had a great weekend 🫶🏼❤️🌸
