Hi I love walking ,I do have a high arch and wear my shoe down on the right side,I do like a good fit and comfort so could you suggest the runner that most suits my foot problems please thank you
Hello. After watching several videos, including yours, i decided to buy myself a pair of stability shoes to fix my super-pronated feet. I went for the Asics GT-2000. I would like to know what the your advisory is on getting oneself used to the new stability shoes, while breaking into them - specifically - how long is one advised to wear the new stability shoes initially per day, and then to when to increase time of use, in order to avoid any shock to the knees and ankles which may have already adapted to my superpronated gait over the many years of time past? Also, any remedies to fix any ankle, shin or knee pain that may initially arise as I start wearing these new stability shoes in my condition? ( i am actually feeling a new knee pain after wearing these stability shoes continuously for several days for a prolonged period of walking only time. Would recovery shoes help?) Thanks.
Question: I'm a huge fan of Asics since I got my Cumulus last year. I switched to Nimbus this year after trying them on in store and they felt more 'cushiony' to me. Been wearing them for a couple weeks now and still having really sore feet/legs after standing and walking all day at work. Thinking about going back to Cumulus or trying something else out... Anyone have opinions on if I switched to GT-2000 or one of these shoes if I'd maybe find more success? I do like the Asics brand a lot, very impressed with all the shoes I try on, but wondering what's up with my soreness.
I broke my fibula and tibia bones back Memorial Day last year. I’ve been trying to find a shoe since then and haven’t had much luck finding anything comfortable around the ankle area. I’m on my feet all day at work and even have to climb stairs. I want to try to Hokas but they are so expensive I don’t want to get them and have them not feel comfortable. I also work around water so sometimes water splashes on my shoes so I need something that’s going to be a little resistant to that and not soak my foot. Do you have any recommendations for something like that?
I suffer from gout and deal with pain in my ankles and balls of my feet. I was wondering which shoe you would recommend that would be the best for standing all day... I currently have the brooks ghost 15 I believe so they're a little out of date. They are pretty comfortable but could be better for the pain i deal with. Id appreciate the help thanks 🙏🏻
I would avoid running shoes with raised socks ( rocker) because they are uncomfortable while walking. The foam may be good but rocker ruins it for walking. I already see that Topo and Brooks have this raised socks.
Hello Doctor, I really appreciate your work from Italy :). Can you help me out by suggesting some winter shoes for people suffering from Hallux Rigidus?
Hello, I have hallux valgus problem. I need a shoe with a wide toe box. The analysis data of my feet are as follows: which shoes can you recommend according to these data? FOOT SIZE (MM) 258 / 251 FOOT WIDTH 103 / 104 ARCH HEIGHT Low arch Reduced shock absorption / Normal arch FOOT ALIGNMENT Neutral / Neutral BALL WIDTH 102 / 103 BALL GIRTH 254 / 256 INSTEP HEIGHT 74 / 74 HEEL WIDTH 68 / 69
None of the shoes you have reviewed except asics is not officially sold in Istanbul Turkey. In the amazon links you give, it is written that there is no shipping to turkey.
Yes, a man can wear a women’s shoe without issues as long as they choose the correct size and the shoe fits well. However, there are a few differences between men’s and women’s shoes to consider: Key Differences Between Men's and Women's Shoes Size Conversion: Women’s shoes are typically 1.5 sizes larger than men’s shoes. Example: A men’s size 8 is roughly equivalent to a women’s size 9.5. Width differences: Women’s shoes are generally narrower, especially in the heel. Last Shape: The last (the mold around which the shoe is built) for women’s shoes is often narrower, with a snugger fit in the heel and forefoot. Men with wider feet may find women’s shoes too tight, even if the length is correct. Arch Support: Women’s shoes sometimes feature slightly higher arch support to accommodate anatomical differences.

Yes, it is a moderate stability shoe that can be used for walking.
@@james_mccormack thank you !
Which asics will be best if i have palantar fasciitis problem?
I have a video on the best asics for plantar fasciitis
Sir i want to know for walking and standing i.e. regular use. I saw ur old for for palnter but it is for running shoes if i undertood correctly.
Which shoe would you recommend for lower back pain.
Sorry there are too many variables that can cause back pain and that's why I don't create videos or advice on this topic. Thanks for watching.
Do you recommend changing shoes every day to s different brand if you stand most of the day?
No I don’t think that’s necessary but you could if you like. 3-500km in steps or 1-3 years before oxidation of the midsole

Do you think trail shoes with cushion is good for travelling (mostly walking and standing)?
Example : New balance fresh foam x more trail 3.
I don’t see why not - the lugs are likely to wear down quickly though reducing their durability
They are good, but the more rugged tread tends to add some weight.
Which of these or any other shoe would you recommend for a flat footed person??
I touch on shoe support in the video - thanks for tuning in!
Asics kayano 30-31 or gt 2000v13 better for walking and standing all day ?
I have comparison videos on these that should help answer your question
New Balance Fresh Foam X 1080 V13 is the most comfortable shoe for non runners IMHO.
Thanks for sharing but it will be discontinued this year so it’s not on the list
I would avoid running shoes with raised socks ( rocker) because they are uncomfortable while walking. The foam may be good but rocker ruins it for walking. I already see that Topo and Brooks have this raised socks.
Which has most cushion for hills and aching tendons
I discuss cushioning in the video
so ghost 16 is better than glycerin 21/22 for walking/standing ,right?
Not necessarily better but different attributes.

Thanks for your comment - I have some videos on this topic.
@james_mccormack I just found a video about hallux Rigidus but in the winter we need GTX shoes and the Bondi8 does not exist in the GTX version

Uhm what of nb 1080 v14 and asics gel nimbus 26/27?
Yes, they are both good max cushion shoes.
