Extraordinary performance, vulnerable and raw, breaks my heart how he never got credit for just how good his acting was. He could have just played Spawn as a generic macho badass, but he really didn't. He injected a lot of sensitivity and vulnerability to the character that made him a lot more palpable and relatable. And it goes without saying that it's not easy to emote that well through layers of latex.
No it might be nice with the way it would look. But they would ruin it like all remakes they make! Don’t ask for it! Make them come up with new fresh ideas on their own.

Jack Nicholson playing The Joker made it clear to the Hollywood elite that being in superhero/comic book movies was highly profitable. That and Sheen's son was a Spawn fan.
Wanda looked like she liked that.😂 I already have about half the cast for a Spawn live-action thought out: Terry Crews (Spawn, his physical appearance), Keith David (Spawn, his voice), Hugh Jackman (Jason Wynn), Danny Devito (Violator), Rosario Dawson (Wanda), and Todd McFarlane himself (Either as Cogliostro, or an extra in every episode). And just recently, Henry Cavill (Malebolgia, in human form). Or maybe HE can dress up as Spawn.
This is phenomenal. We have never seen this film before. The cast and the depth of the material are stellar. We are scarcely able to believe that we missed seeing this. Going to have to see this, this looks so good. We love the way the theatrics are played because it makes the difficult scenes easier to watch and do and follow.
