    Can I sew thin fabric in this machine? Is this sewing machine only for thick materials?

    • @earljmaui_boy2546
      @earljmaui_boy2546 5 лет назад

      * * *
      The machine comes ready for heavy duty fabrics from the factory, since it is designed for that purpose to begin with.
      The pressure on the fabric being pulled through the machine can be adjusted for lighter materials and lower pressure.
      The feed dogs and presser feet can also be replaced with teeth that are less likely to mark the fabric permanently...
      when working with fabrics like leather that can be marred inadvertently.
      * * *
      Not quite sure what you mean by 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐟𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐜...? Silk... probably not... Cottons, lightweight twill, and denim... certainly.
      * * *
      Until that time. . .

    When you trim off the corners so they don't poke out, you went 4" in. What would you do for a 26" pillow? One quarter or about 6.5'?
