It depends on the number of students who would apply for the fee paying stream with results better than yours. But you can try your luck and keep praying. And also, don't apply to a school that everyone is rushing to go.
College of Health Kintampo is a good option. Your aggregate is higher than the cut-off grade for the state universities. So if you want a university, then it will be on fee-paying basis.

All government owned schools conduct interviews. Private schools may choose not to.
