Chicago's Shamrock Shuffle 2023

Today I ran the Shamrock Shuffle in Chicago. I loved this run!!! I read that the race was sold out with 20,000 runners. The crowd was supportive and the volunteers were so helpful, giving off much needed positive vibes. Oh and the best part - I was able to high give a puppy!!! Anyway, this is part of the new distance series which includes the Chicago Half and the Bank of America Chicago Marathon. I signed up for all 3 races and when complete there is a special finishers medal!! I was also lucky enough to get into the NYC Marathon in November. It's going to be a busy year waking up at 4:30 in the morning to get all these training runs complete!! I'm still trying to figure out how to use my GoPro and edit videos.

I did the Chicago half last year and loved the run!! I haven’t ran a full marathon since Chicago 2019 so this run will help a lot. I was so lucky to get in via the lottery for NYC. 🤙
