You're a great mentor for your young generation in your business Ryan. Not only you are teaching them, but the other business owners that watch your channel on how you can make a successful business if you treat others and your employees right 👍🏼
I never felt a purpose in my life and have always planned to take my life after I lose all my family. it sounds wild, but that was my reality. watching you has really given me a new perspective, and new meaning in life. I aspire to be like you, Ryan. a great boss, worker, friend, husband, and of course father. thank you, these videos are a life saver.
Put some energy in to studying who Jesus is. Dont let the "religous" people speak for him. Besides they have nothing to do with you. Please dont ever take your life. Always fight.
I carry this advice with me in life and apply it to everything, I hope it will help. If it ain't working out, it's either of only 2 possibilities. You're not trying hard enough, or it's just not your time yet. At that point you can put your best foot forward and as long as you give it your all, you'll always have the reassurance that the ONLY reason is it just isn't your time yet. And the thing about your time, it doesn't expire until you do. So long as you're waking up another day, and long as you're trying your hardest, it's simply a waiting game. Everyone has their time. Good Luck!
Love how Ryan is such a great boss and friend. He's giving Eric some of the most honest and straight forward advice on how to do things. Some people will never encounter someone who can motivate and lift you up without jealousy or envy. Ryan is like the best mentor and is a great source of inspiration (at least in my eyes) to Eric.

@@lovejetfuel4071That’s one of the joys of being in business.
Ok now add that onto the missing thou, and add a few extras for defaulted costs, making it about $1500 and don't ever go back there again, for any reason.

Ryan is the boss everyone dreams of having. I’ve learned so much just from these videos, even watching Eric leave is sad but we love to see growth. Ryan, whether you know it or not you touch so many lives through your videos. You’re doing something beautiful keep it up I’m excited to see this season!! EASYYY MONEYYY
I didn't hear that Eric has left Victory. I thought he was doing smaller side jobs.
Life is beautiful bro. Always light at the end of the tunnel!
Good Luck!
Take care of that little guy Eric. There's some wild potential in him with a bright future. That boy just shines.

Exactly brother give some money away best advice you can give to a young man
Absolutely craziness thank you for taking us along with you. I appreciate your transparency. 😊
You are an awesome guy Ryan. I wish more people understood that taking care of your employees, taking care of your customers & being a decent person will get you pretty far in life.
There are a lot of people out there that could learn a lot from a guy like you.
BIG UPS to you Ryan for been a great boss and a leader. Not all company owners wanna help their employees get ahead in life. Just that alone shows a lot about the person you are .
Paying your tithes and helping the people in need are the two most important things in life ! My respect and prayers for even more prosperity goes out to you and yours Ryan!
Hey Ryan ,as a Mexican I really appreciate what you have taught eric .not only how to work but most importantly how to start a business with concrete and RUclips.our parents only emphasize working hard ,not the building your own business. He will have a bright future . You are a solid man.
For sure, his acknowledgment at 9:20 of Ryan talking to him.. Ryan is a one of a kind. truly a different type of man!!
@Big Dog it should have just said a a human being
As a Mexican , what about the rest for all central an south American. Hard working guys. In new Jersey Mexican are the drinkers workers in contributions. Peace ✌️ nothing personal..,
@@jortiz4060 j Ortiz u look like a Mexican 😅😂
Tax paying Americans.....period.
I don’t understand why she didn’t make the guy that did the damage pay for the repair.
Well even that is a bit wild. This was so little most people would have fixed it themselves / ignored it completely. When the post gets installed, there is a overlap from the holes too that pretty much covers it all up. This was absolute insanity on so many levels, and I can only feel for Ryan.
Believe me, she made him pay for it. I'm pretty sure she didn't pay him a single cent for his work!
He didn't damage it! It flaked, not chipped, the railing base would 100% cover it, she's the type that just wants to be difficult and maybe save a few bucks. I definitely would have handled that differently than Ryan, which is what she deserved.
After it's all over block their numbers. Their not bringing money to the table and you went above and beyond for them. You did enough. Great work
yup blacklist these idiots
I do feel your head scratch.
I never work for homeowners, I am very thankful that 100% of my work is industrial.
I was waiting for you to knock her door and say the line " You got my money"🤣🤣 great job ryan, love your videos
That would have been awesome. 🤣
why didnt he? Why go repair when she hasnt even paid? Id take a sledgehammer to that n take back my concrete
Or put a lease on the house to force them to pay
Ryan, you’ve taken a young kid and you’ve taken him under your wing a teaching how to be a man. You’re literally giving him a blueprint on how to be successful not only in business, but also in life. Us OG subs know how you came up as a kid and got into business and the blood sweat and tears that you put into your business. The way you’re mentioning Eric is heart warming!
This is my first video on the channel, but I have to agree that he's clearly been a positive role model especially to Eric.
There's a lack of role models for young adults these days
What is Eric’s RUclips?
@@jacksoncardnell9379 eazzy E concrete.
Thats why I like Eric, hes such a happy figure, never seen him down.
I said it before but hes one of my favorite peeps on your channel Ryan, genuine cool guy
Good to see Eric maturing and putting more thought into his future with a great teacher in Boss man Ryan. Keep it up
Fair play to you Ryan! The audacity to get you to come back to fix a chip when she hasn’t paid previous! I would have told her to go swivel!!
That’s awesome you are helping people out getting started. Don’t help all the people that want money. My Dad was a professional roofer for 30 years
When she called about the tiny chip that would have been a perfect time to bring up the money she owes Victory. That job looks absolutely perfect too!
Yeah she owes 1k
Eric is incredibly lucky to work for you and learn from you. I remember being like him when I was 18 and I really hope the best for him.
Ryan, been in the concrete flat work industry for 6 years now and love you’re work & videos. I absolutely loved what you had to say @ 16:12. I’m only 24 and have surpassed my friends, family, and most others my age just from being smart and working hard everyday & and it was all from Concrete.

I love how even though the chip in the staircase was “extremely small, you still satisfied your customer!! Good look’s! 👍
I'm getting into a complaining mood Iol I would have told her take it out of the $1000 you owe me!!! Enjoy watching your shows and how you take pride in the job you are doing making sure everything is done right. Wisconsin is a beautiful place much love and happy holidays from Hawaii
Some people really take the Mickey !! I remember this job well and if my memory serves me you went above and beyond to make this woman happy. Sign of the times I’m afraid, People always seem to try and scam something for nothing and it really is shameful the attitude nowadays ! 😡
The crew did go out of their way so the front door could be opened without hitting anything behind it. I remember that.
That’s good of you to help Eric in his new adventure.
When I was younger I had a fellow do the same for me and it was the best thing that ever happened to me.
Ryan, you’re a far more patient man than I am. I would have told that lady some not very nice things straight to her face if I was in that exact situation.
Yeah it's not his fault someone else messed up the Crete , I wouldn't fix it tbh as busy as Ryan is he doesn't have time
I would of told her to get bent better him then me
This is why his company won’t grow. He’s a terrible business owner. He’s lucky he’s got this RUclips channel or he’d be shut down.

all i kno about the crete is, if it's hard you need something soft and if it's hard you need something soft to cut it.
I’m 21 years old and man I needed that conversation about success. Dad isn’t in my life nor is my mother. My siblings and I don’t get along too well anymore. Always thought something was wrong with me. Always thought I needed to do better when in reality I’ve been doing all I can to make this whole life thing work. I own 2 motorcycles a car and am looking to get a house in the next 5 years. Even though I’m in a better place now it’s lonely sometimes. Thanks for the talk Ryan!
You could hear the happiness and relief in Ryan's voice when he saw Eric at the yard. He needed that after stewing about the patch that has to be done.
Your friendship with Darryl must go far back because you have more patience with him then anyone should need to. Overall, it’s a good testimony on your behalf.
Since high school...
Yeah he has said it before him and Darryl have known each other for many many years
He loves Daryl. That's obvious. And Daryl isn't a thief or drug addict. Ryan understands the concept of giving people a hand up. Not kicking them down. You can watch his channel over time and witness him making other people successful, not necessarily for his own gain. That's Christianity in practice.

I could watch these “business owner tips and insights” videos all winter vs you traveling south. The mentoring you give Eric and Franny could be a business itself.
So right about haters and how they treat you after they think your business becomes successful.
I really appreciate the way you take your guys under your wing and try to help them succeed in life. Not just at your jobs. I love watching Eric and Francisco though E needs to get a camera on a tripod! Holy smokes I get dizzy. 😂

Hi Ryan, I love watching your videos because I always learn something new. I am 23 years old and getting my license as a GC in California as first generation. You inspire me so much to be an awesome human being first, and then a boss in second. You are truly a leader and I wish you nothing but the best for your business. Keep the videos coming in the winter please.
Withholding $1000 and calling you out for something like that? I bet she will be the type that will be calling you years from now about ANY small stuff. Good luck. I've had customers like that in my line of work, needless to say they are now ex customers. One less headache needed. Anyways, happy weekend, Ryan!
she will probably call him out to fix an oil stain from HER OWN car haha
the cost for the patch should be $1175
I wouldn't fix it till she paid me
I would get paid and then block her numbers and expect to have some negative comments from that customer!
Yep, unfortunately he got a Karen for a customer that will probably be a pain for years to come especially if he's going to give in to her for things that he didn't even cause.
Found your channel and am enjoying all the great times. I had family that used to live in Sheboygan Falls, I miss that area of the country.
I can tell you actually study RUclips with the way you speak about the algorithm and watch time. It's beyond inspiring knowing you maintain a full time business while also educating yourself further into technology. I really want to be like you when I group up Ryan. Thank you for another gem of a video.
I'm 23 and currently lost in life but coming across your videos has inspired me to start working in your field. Im continuing to educate myself further by watching you and hope my journey is successful

I believe I would ask that lady for the name of the person who drilled the hole because you have to bill them for the repair. I also probably would have said I will repair it as soon as you pay me the $1,000. I know both scenarios probably will not have played out but at least a seed would have been planted.
