The doctors were actually written so well here, not dismissing a patients delusion and instead, playing along with them until their health can improve is honestly one of the best things that can be done! And then afterwards of course, if the delusion may end up causing harm to the patient they can then refer them for psychiatric help, but until then making sure the patient is as calm as possible and willing to listen to you should be the priority.

Had a meeting with man thinks he was possessed by a demon. You laugh when you're in the outside looking in. But when ya facing it, it is real and dangerous.
This is an occupational injury for a health care worker. They do the first blood test at the time of potential infection and then again at multiple weeks incubation for Hep C. Then they can prove he got this case because of the bite and didn’t already have Hep C. Then any occupational insurance coverage if necessary would apply while they treat the Hep C. This also applies for HBsAg (Hepatitis B) and HIV.
To anyone wondering the teeth are probably veneers or fake teeth that you can fit over your regular teeth, you can easily make them or just order them online. They come with something called spirit gum (?) and what you do is you put the glue in the fake tooth and push it onto your regular teeth and wait about 20 minutes, then you can just pop em off once the glue has dried and then they fit your teeth everytime

Some people are "lucky" enough to have an asymptomatic form of a disease. They can easily pass it on to other people and will test positive, but they don't get any of the symptoms themselves.
Same reason why some HIV+ folks don’t get active AIDS, or get it much later than others, and why when people end up with AIDS they can have a lot of different ways it manifests. Bodies are all different and can work wildly different too.
