Burnout is real! My daughter has had Type 1 for 5 years and we are feeling the burn out. It’s so hard. Hang in there. 💖
Love this! I have a history of diabulemia and struggle to keep taking my insulin especially when I get burned out. I leave my pump site in for way longer than I should but I’m just trying to do the bare minimum at least. Hugs to you and thank you for talking about this!
Sending all the positive vibes and love your way!! Hope things can get better for you soon! You got this!!❤
this made me feel so seen. thank u for sharing and making me feel less alone❤
Keep up the good work I know how you feel I’m a type one diabetes to and Sundays is like I don’t want to do this anymore and then other days like I do want to do this good job big hug big kiss❤
Same problem
Hi Lindsey hugs my friend ❤
Thank you for sharing your experiences, I am going to watch all your videos now! Thank you inspiring me with how authentic you are 💖
How long has it been that you’ve been on OP5? I know I went through a phase that my numbers were GREAT with OP5, then I went through this same thing where I was high all the time no matter what. It took a few more weeks before it re-adjusted again. I also found that my pods leak in certain spots so I had to split big boluses.
I hope things are going better for you now! I know how much it sucks 😢
Ive been in dka 2x a month for the last 3 years:/ my a1c is 17.5
Wow! That is a high A1c 😢 do you miss insulin doses? Do you know why it's so high?
Hang in there Lindsey! Sending hugs your way. Do you think you need a replacement PDM or you need to do temporary basal rates? Just want to send you some support. I know it's HARD recovering from COVID.
