great to see you still play Fo4... I know im MiA but i had hardware problems and Being unemployed makes it hard to replace stuff....Hopefully ill be back soon if i can scrounge up a bit more and finish my PC...I really miss modding...and have a lot of unreleased stuff that needs some final touches...Have a great holiday season...

Hi Feb!! All of these are beautiful in their own way. With some being huge, and some smaller (none are small).
I do love that all are clean and orderly. If I had to choose, it would have to be the last two, one for just my home. If I wanted to house lots of followers, it would be the town.
So, I think you made great choices!

We have had the benefit of some top-tier creativity again this year. Getting down to a top-five would be a tough one for me because you have showcased some great mods. You made great choices to profile and I can't pick just one so my choice is simple. All of them. Honestly, I may as well have an app that goes straight from Feb recommended to clicking the download button just to save time because they must be seen and played with to make a final choice for what stays and what goes. One of these days something will have to go....but not right away.

After years I have decided to slowly start reinstalling fallout 4 and seeing as to how you have looked at so many homes and settlements, like you I like a clean looking place to live along with all my companions. what mod would you recommend for someone who like to play with and use / test a lot of companions?

Great choice - I think I used that in my second playthrough and really enjoyed it:)
I'm not a fan of the Concord Restoration mod, it is too perfect and cartoonishly colored/painted. I mean, I'm all for a clean aesthetic, but this is like VR level perfect almost like you've been put into a pod in the Memory Den and being used to power Good Neighbor, ala' the Matrix, or it seems like this is a trap for capturing unwary travelers to be eaten by cannibals or something (at least, that's what I thought when I first walked through it).
Arguably, the same could be said about Madroxmods' houses, really not realistic for a post-apocalyptic land for such cleanliness and newness, but that mid-century modern look is certainly in-line with the pre-war era and the work is immaculate.

I have to say I am also not a fan of Far Harbor. Though this means I want mods for it! The sailboat home for instance. i also want mods that look really good, as I don't believe in 200 years craftsmanship will be completely gone. Croup Manor is a good choice!
