The glass mods are fanTASTIC. I built a three story tower, pretty simple, but combined with homemakers newer looking furniture, and some of the plant decorations... I ended up with one of the sweetest houses I've ever had in a game.

+EvilViking13 The fact that you respond at all is enough for me and I think you should make a "Must have perfomance mods" video because after spend hours upon hours of making a settlement as big as yours (fort sanctuary) you might not want to absolutely KILL your fps.

Ignore the comment I made earlier about Settlement Raiding mod, you have it now. Watching your settlement building playlist, so, I was unaware until this video you had addressed it.

It's an old list, though. Some mods are outdated, some are no longer on the Nexus etc. Settlement Keywords has been replaced by another mod (Settlement Keywords Expanded). I even read somewhere that you don't need these Settlement Keywords mods anymore because Bethesda made some updates recently.

what is the console command u use to place objects in red areas. i men u place them in green areas and then move it into red or buildings. saw u use it in one of u settlement guides
When i go into the crafting menu i cant see anything like the walls of the homemaker mod it just shows up with the name and a blank picture same with about half of the buildings mods i have followed the tutorial and the load order but it still isn't working!
Do you know any mods that you can install that repairs the houses in sanctuary?
Do you have any issues with certain structures being untextured? I've installed the mods on your list and nothing else and many of the textures seem to show up as that weird pink/purple colour. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Downloaded the recommended mods along with settlements keywords extended as settlements keywords isn't available anymore. I'm missing a lot of objects! I can scroll through the names but the objects aren't there, even if i try placing it down. I hear something being built but nothing's there. It goes for a lot of objects in Homemaker, OCDecorator and all objects by DDproductions83. Plz halp

is there a way (mod or something) to put infinite settlers or many of them, i want to do make a big city but if it hasnt many settlers it will be not a city.
even with that load order the mods don't show up! it acknowledges it's there but it has a blank picture and I can't place it anywhere

For some reason all the VANILLA lights disappered when adding some settlement mods such as homemaker( The DLC lights are still there though)

Hey EvilViking, my sanctuary hills settlement has a catwalk going all around the outside wall of my settlement. I made it as kind of a place for turrets and guard posts. How can I get settlers to walk around the catwalk? They seem to just stay down in and around the yellow house. Thanks!
+RuffStuffProductions Some of the new objects don't have NPC pathfinding meshes attached to them unfortunately. That probably won't be fixed until the full GECK mod tools come out. To make settlers use platforms try to build them using base assets from the game or modded ones that have a description stating that NPCs can use them too (Homemaker's Vault catwalks say that NPCs can use them).
I'm using several of those. I don't remember seeing the landscaping stuff from homemaker though. I never installed settlement keywords though. I'm super into settlement building and just transferred over to pc version from ps4. have to run it on low until I get my pc fully upgraded so don't want to many mods going at once

Is it safe to use the console and the *disable* function to remove certain objects like skeletons and corpses?

There is a mod called Spring Cleaning (Nexus mod 4640) which basically allows you to remove pretty much anything and turns them into material you can use, items like the bushes around Sanctuary, the wrecked houses and foundations and more besides.
Not sure what you think to it but it's pretty good for tidying up, took me hours to clean up Sanctuary and Red Rocket plus all the scrap can in useful
The first thing he mentioned at the beginning of this video was that he chooses not to use that mod, as it alters the Base tiles of the game, which could introduce incompatibilities at a later date
for last mod here is a pro tip. in vanilla while holding E move the mouse/scroll to move objects with precision.

@@theonlyjuan6899 I believe that the precise movement in place anywhere is a new addition, albeit a welcome one. Gone are the days of annoying console commands and now we just use the Numpad

I use most of these mods... but something you might not have thought of (not mentioned here) that I now find invaluable in settlement building is the Personal Jetpack mod. The reason is because it works while in workshop mod and is so handy to fly up on the roof, doing something up there, jump down and so forth. It really speeds up the building.

With the DLC announced what do you plan to do with the Gladiator like stadiums plus I am having a hell of a Time with the Jamaica Plain so Maybe try to do a video on that to give me ideas.Love the Settlement Vids I am a fan of SandBox everything and I found your channel that way.

I can't find the mod that gives you supports for realism effect!
I've got a bug thats pissing me off and i cant fix it. Whenever I install a mod and open fallout 4, the mod isnt there. However, texture mods are, but only texture mods. Mods that add things to the game such as Homemaker OCDecorator and settlement keywords wont appear. Any help?
you'll have to activate them through using the mods tab in the main menu, if you're on PC pressing your home key will open your load order and from there you can activate/disable any ESM files added

DDProductions83 Has been banned from nexus and a lot of his mods you mentioned I cannot find on nexus. Or at least his profile says hes banned.

Also 99% of his mods are in the AIO, all of the files that were taken down were because he made the All in one, not because he was banned. Hes just banned from the forums.
None of the mods that effect settlements/workshop are working but others are. Also im getting not found sections in the workshop how do I fix this?
So things like scrap everything ocdecorator. The only one that works is place everywhere

Settlement Keywords isn't adding small signage or any of those categories and I've got all the same mods as you. The graffiti just plain doesn't show up. I don't know what the issue is.
Could u organize the mod list in the description so that they're under specific categories?

I REALLY liked this video. I enjoy watching some of the other RUclipsr's who showcase some of the funny or goofy mods out there, but considering that I mostly play for the building aspect, they may be entertaining, but they're not that useful. Having said that, could you also give a screenshot that shows your load order tab from NMM? I use pretty much all the ones you showcased for my own settlements already, but I seem to have quite a lot of visual glitches that pop up from time to time and I think the main reason for it is probably the order that I have them loading in (any other reasons you can think of that I might be experiencing these would be welcome too). A screenshot to follow step-by-step would be a godsend for me. Thanks and keep up the good work!

one thing i lost with mods flat concrete and same in walls no idea what too it out lost it long time ago , i got over 1702 hours in fallout 4 over 250 mods im also have a problem getting any ones mods making a settler following me i have to use placeatme just to get them to follow so follow is load of crap
