Would have loved to hear about how the dynamic of leader/domestique can shift in different kinds of races.

As an (older) American cyclist and fan, please be patient with us. Our idea of cycling is that it is an individual pursuit. It can be difficult to understand the team dynamics if they are not explained well. Plus, the only cycling we get to see on TV is the Tour de France, plus the Tour of California. This was a very good way to explain things.

Q: what was Chris froome when he was riding for B Wiggins? And what made him change to the leader?

He was a super domestique for Wiggins but became leader when the team released he was much stronger than Wiggins
